Dynamic Property Management Anmeldelser

I have used Dynamic for a number of years now to handle my property. Always professional and keep me updated with any issues. Most recently they were excellent at getting my property rennovated and finding a new tenant.

Having been let down by a previous agent I have found Dynamic superb in managing my Portfolio, they have exceeded my expectations. From the onset Fiona has been superb, communication and ownership have stood out.

Thank you.

Great team, moved really fast once applying for my new home process was real simple, special thanks to Fiona for showing me round and giving me some advice over the phone

Steph Puckering has been amazing!, throughout my tenancy nothing was ever any trouble, what a great service. Take the time to get to know a person, very personable and engaging.

I’ve now moved onto another agents due to my landlord selling and I have to say Steph has again been awesome. Provided a great tenant reference which is much appreciated.

Keep going Steph, you are doing a great job :-)

I have dealt mostly with Olivia. She’s been great and patient with my many questions. Everything went so smoothly and easy.

Last week I rent a property with Olvia, she is the best. She help me to go through the process and to make the process easy and understanding for me.
I hope that my whole journey goes like this with Dynamic Property :)

Steph and Olivia have been absolutely amazing from start to finish with my property. Nothing was too much hassle from the beginning steph was awesome all the way throughout, I can't thank the entire team for the help they gave me.

Steph puckering , Olivia & Fiona from Dynamic property are however making good efforts to manage landlord 's properties at Durham in better way . Hope it will be further improved in coming time with this

Had a conversation with Mike Young from Dynamic Properties and as usual blamed me a tenant in a building for his incompetence as a property manager/He Attempts to manage but does extremely poor job!Just read the reviews or better meet him you can be the judge on his behavior as a property Manager!! You will not find one good comment about this owner/manager

Really helpful, and super quick service!
All I can do just highly recommend them!

Can't fault the help and efficiency of this agency, and can't forget to mention Shirley who from start to finish, has been responsive and helpful throughout this process.
Would not hesitate to use them in the future I highly recommend this company.

Excellent company, great efficient service and really helpful

This company is wonderful to work with, especially Shirley who was always there and helped us when trying to buy a property through them. Unfortunately the buy didn't go through as the vendor was a tad difficult to deal with and things fell down, but if you could give an award for patience and endeavouring to keep everybody happy Shirley is your girl!! THANK YOU

Dynamic have given me great service, prompt polite professional and helpful throughout purchase and renting out.
One small mistake they made was quickly rectified and that’s been it.
Have now purchased a second property through them as was so satisfied

Dynamic Property Management is a great company to do business with. Thank you to Laura for help and support.

Wayne was both very professional and pro-actively helpful in the purchase of each of my 4 no. investment properties. In their subsequent management Laura proved to be very competent and amenable with Landlord Reconciliations being issued promptly. I can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Dynamic Property Management.

A company i would recommend, helpful professional and friendly, i have communicated with Laura on many occasions and she is an excellent team member and asset to the company indeed thank you Laura along with Team Dynamic

Everyone is so helpful and their advice and support have been crucial in getting me through some difficult times. Whoever you speak to is a pleasure to deal with. Put simply; FIRST CLASS
