DVD s come with very good sound and picture quality depending on the rarity of the films. They are always delivered promptly in very good condition.

I have used this store several times.They take a little longer,but they were reliable.Within the last two months they sunk to an all time low.They said they have Loren and Rose,and asked me to pay 18.00.I did.But I never got a receipt ,and they charged my card right away.Weeks passed,never responding to my inquiries.Then finally they said they couldnt get it.Do I want a refund or another title.I wanted another title.They said they had it,but it was a double disk and they were not going to charge me extra.After multiple unreplied messages,I see they never shipped it as yet.,and refuse to say whats going on.Will never do business with them again.

They communicated with me about the order progress very well. When the disc arrived it was packaged well.

I bough Fort Apache:the Bronx on DVD.
It is the one mastered from the 2001 DVD.Very good picture and sound.

I had no trouble playing the disc.
I don't know how she did it/but alot of video issues were corrected.
Like the steel rim on the Police capt desk looks normal and no shimmering artifacts .
The transfer was even anamorphic.
However
I must say the only way this film is going to look the way it should is to redo the transfer from quality film elements.
That being said DVD lady did a outstanding job with what she had to work with.!!!

they won't take money for me they want me to donate it to charity and then upload them the receipt and I don't want to do business that way in fact I don't think that sounds like a legit way of doing business at all I never heard of that before... and if I get screwed over I can't go to charity and say hey I need my money refunded because DVD lady screwed me over by saying if I donate money to you guys they'll send it.

Keep putting those rare, hard to find, especially those title's that have been on VHS for years, like "Hollow Reed" and a Mexican film called "Rosario" with Marga Lopez that I still have on VHS. Terrible service. I placed an order that stated it would be available for download in 3 days. They had no problem taking my money, but never delivered my product. In addition I filled out a customer service ticket and zero response. I am going to give it 2 more days and then report the fraudulent actions to my bank and the Better Business Bureau.

Every question has been answered quickly and the rare instances of a defective disc have been handled with integrity.
