Smooth, stress free booking!
We’ve used a few DVC rental companies over the years, and this has definitely been one of the best experiences. Louise was incredibly responsive and patient, answering my many emails while I changed dates, resorts and combinations more times than I’d like to admit! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The whole process, from requesting availability to receiving the reservation and making payment, was quick, straightforward and really well organised. Communication was excellent throughout, and the prices were very competitive compared to others. It’s also nice to be dealing with a UK company so no stress with time zone differences for payments being received etc.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be booking through them again for future Disney trips (I’ve actually just sent through another request for a future trip already!!)
