DV8 Fashion Anmeldelser 

I am a regular overseas customer of dv8 and unfortunately Dv8 has now stopped giving any discount for any of their clothes o my to Australian customers . How unfair is that customers from a particular country are treated completely differently from others? I spoke to someone from the customer service a couple of weeks ago when they were still giving 10% sale codes to all were half priced. Now sadly that also is changed . Next , monsoon Riverisland are all treating their overseas r consumers equally . This is very disappointing. I hope you review your policy. Please consider charging extra on delivery.

I have been a customer for years, great selection of clothing and footwear and always available to order if not available in the shop. the staff are so welcoming and helpful in the Roscommon store, especially Gabriela, she’s very kind, welcoming and always willing to give good advice on clothing, couldn’t fault the staff and the dv8 store.

I have been to a few of DV8's stores but mostly go between Galway and Longford. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The Longford store I find are always working hard to make the shop look it's best and showcase the clothes online. I see great outfit matches and new runners I am dying to buy! They are modelled by real people which I love and different sizes.
Having on online ordering system is great for busy people like myself. Well done DV8.

Amazing company for clothes for all ages. I’ve shopped in multiple dv8 locations and each time has been great. They have something for every occasion. I’ve bought items for myself and my husband and my kids. Always great customer service from the staff too all very friendly, helpful and welcoming

I went into DV8 Banbridge to return two items. I walked in with a bag and the staff at the till looked at me then the bag and then each other, extremely unimpressed. I apologised for the inconvenience and requested a refund on 2 items- I explained one was too big and the other too small. I was hoping to see if I could get a different size but this option was not offered to me, and I thought maybe the staff cannot check if there are more sizes available. I didn’t ask for the items to be changed because still none of the staff spoke to me. I felt very uncomfortable and kept apologising for the inconvenience. The staff were unfriendly and very unapproachable, and I didn’t feel comfortable asking for help. As a business owner I understand the disappointment of refunds which is why I aim to be friendly, question what’s wrong and offer an exchange or different size, or even a credit note. The staff didn’t offer any of these options- they stood silent and refused to speak. I doubt I’ll be back.

If you want excellent customer service, a personal approach and to be treated like a regular even if it's your first visit, I can highly recommend a trip to the Bangor store. Alison and her team are brilliant and I love shopping with them.

First time purchasing online from DV8 and would definitely use again. Received my item within 48 hours of placing the order. The item was well packaged and exactly as advertised.

Ordered some dc martens best price i saw in the style i wanted came yesterday only ordered 2 days before i picked the cheapest delivery option , also the DHL express emailed me options to change my delivery schedule or other , i opted for ‘ Safe Place , my well packaged parcel was put exactly there , out of sight of chance thieves walking past , dcs are exactly as described i am pleased with the whole process from order to delivery , i would not hesitate to buy from these again

I would like to voice my anger and frustration that I have just received in your store, abbey centre newtownabbey. The girl on the till who I assume was the manager, an older lady, was extremly rude to me, uncaring, disrespectful and did not want to help or listen to me in the slightest. I was trying to purchase a pair of trousers to wear to my grand father’s funeral which is tomorrow. She refused to let me use the fitting rooms even tho the shop was still open for another 32 minutes. Incase I made a mess with my one pair of trousers. I tried to explain this that they were for a funeral the next morning and she spoke over the top of me and said I had 28 days to return them. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful towards my situation. I have done a lot of business within dv8 and let me say this will be the last time that I will be anywhere near it sadly.

I went in to the Rushmere store yesterday (Saturday) morning and was greeted by 2 very pleasant and friendly staff members who helped me pick out and purchase 2 outfits.
They were both very busy yet were happy to give me the time to help with my purchase!
A very enjoyable and pleasant experience. I will definitely be buying from DV8 Rushmere from now on.

Just ordered from these a few days ago and received my parcel today. I must say that the experience has been top notch. Not only is the website easy to navigate but the variety and price is great to. I literally got my ASICS trainers half price. In perfect new condition and even the parcel comes with a pre made returns label to make process easy if required. Also accept PayPal which is always a good sign of a legit company as it gives buyers peace of mind. Thanks guys

I popped into store this morning for an outfit to go out! The girls were super helpful, I had no idea what I wanted… The girls recommended items that were trending at the minute, helped with sizes and made me feel so comfortable! (They were also a good laugh) and know there stuff! I have to stay you don’t get customer service like that in many stores, which is definitely a reason I will be back! Thank you to the girls at Kennedy centre on Saturday morning!

I am always greeted with friendly and attentive staff who genuinely seemed to care about helping me find exactly what I was looking for. The selection of clothing is amazing—stylish, on-trend, and something for every occasion. I’ve bought several pieces, and each one has held up beautifully after multiple wears. They offer a wide range of sizes.What I also appreciated was the pricing, there are always great sales or promotions going on. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. I have been shopping here for many years for myself and my family. They offer a lovely selection of clothes, and the staff members are fantastic. They are always very helpful, and if a particular size or item is not available in the store, they will call around to other locations to check for availability.

The staff in DV8 Clonmel are amazing. No wonder they’ve been nominated for a Best in Fashion TippFM award! They’re diligent, knowledgable and so friendly! I wasn’t too sure what kind of outfit I wanted/needed, but the staff made sure I was happy, comfortable and confident in what I left with! Can’t recommend this team and their shop enough ☺️

So Dv8 is actually the best shop in kilkenny hands down ..They have the most varied clothes and styles anything from Steve madden runners to new balance. The style is way different .I shop here most weeks and anytime I go in I found something so different....viola is so helpful and I vote her the best customer care sales lady plus all the other girls also ...you can put items aside also .....love this shop 😍 👌 💕

What’s makes Kilkenny DV8 is the Staff as well as the brands they sell. I buy so many things from this store and everyone is so helpful.
I beleive they are up for an award for best retailer in Kilkenny and if they don’t win, it will be a total shame.
