Order placed 8th September. No acknowledgment received. Allowed the 20 days then emailed as nothing arrived and no communication from company. Emailed a second time, but still no response do applied for refund. Real shame as I wanted what looked like a great product.

Waited close to a month for item. Never received it and when asked for tracking info they sent me very minimal info but linked it to an app to download and track. App makes you pay to track item. I’d say it’s a scam or just very poor business practice. I have since put a dispute in with my cc.

I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. Item took 3 weeks to arrive. When it did it was damaged. Cheap tacky material. I have sent 3 emails to customer service and have had no reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I normally always check on reviews, but failed to for Dutyro.com.
Placed 2 different orders and received absolute diabolical items.

Complete joke! I ordered (2) SKOL! MN Vikings Advent calendars. I received (2) Notre Dame Advent calendars. The vendor has stated "we found that the product you received is similar to the description of the advertisement." I have an order confirmation with a SKU number, and photos of the product received with a different SKU number. They have offered a 20% refund, or a 50% refund if I ship the product back to China at my expense. Despite following their published return and refund policy, they refuse to honor their own policy. I am pursuing a refund through my credit card compnay.

Can’t give a 0 otherwise I would. Spent £30 on an advent calendar. Never received. No response to emails, nothing! PLEASE dont order from this sham of a company.

I ordered the tottenham advent calendar in August never received it and they will not answer any emails

I ordered an item from them and didn't receive it but they took my money totally unacceptable if there was a 0 I wouldn't put one star sorry I forgot to say when I tried to email them it came back saying no address found and was for a gift not happy.

Ordered one advent calendar, received the wrong one. Reached out to customer service. They asked for pictures of what I received, these were sent then absolute silence. They won't answer, swap for correct version or offer refund.

I bought the Manchester City Advent Calendar from Dutyro, their advert for this item looked really nice.
When I received it a month after ordering it, it had been damaged and it's nothing like the advert on their website, I expected the beautiful adventure calendar they are advertising, I received a cheap bit of plastic with 24 small fake city tree decorations, I contacted Dutyro asking for a return address, they offered me 20% back and told me it would cost me £20 to return my order.

I placed an order got an email to say order was being prepared then nothing since sent email after email but nothing back from them totally scam site avoid at all cost

Absolutely shocked and disgusted and embarrassed of what turned up this morning when I collected my order !
What this company showed the Video’s the advert advertising this Gunners Calendar for Arsenal looked amazing and it should have been for £30 !!!!!!
It is tiny and a load of rubbish fit for one purpose and that’s the bin , wouldn’t even buy from the £1 shop ! I warn everyone to stay away from this company and do not purchase! Scam scam scam they are also in China not based in America like it says !!!

Placed order. Received no dispatch email or anything. Emailed to cancel and they offered a discount to keep the order. I refused this and stated I wanted a refund. On the plus side I did receive this with 3 days which did surprise me. Scam company beware!!!

I ordered 2 items and did in fact receive them after several weeks. They are absolute rubbish and I’ve asked for a refund but they are only offering 40% of the price. Avoid!

This company is a scam. Went to purchase something via PayPal and luckily my PayPal rejected the payment and put the money back into my account.

Made an order. After a month (and 2 chasers) I said I wanted to cancel. Only then did I receive an email saying "its shipped". Terms imply no refund can be given as payment taken and tracking given, but I will fight this with the Credit Card company. Website shows no products even like the one i ordered.
