Ik had helaas eerst een lens gekocht waar er sprake was van een duidelijke interne waas (haze) in de lens. Hierdoor waren alle gemaakte foto's melkachtig en was er nagenoeg geen contrast aanwezig.
Ik nam contact op met hun klantendienst waar ik vrijwel meteen reactie kreeg. Ik kon het defect bewijzen waarna ze hun fout toegaven en ik zelfs de lens niet meer moest terug te sturen! Ik kreeg de keuze tussen een aantal andere lenzen of een waardebon. Ik kocht meteen een andere lens die door hun uiteraard dubbel en dik gecheckt werd. De hele tijd werd ik vriendelijk en vlot aangesproken. Beide leveringen gingen ook zeer vlot, met een realtime track en trace 👍
Ondanks deze tegenslag, toch super tevreden van DutchThrift! En hun vriendelijke klantenservice!

It was a very positive experience. Ordered on 2 March, delivered the next day. The device works perfectly and is in very good condition. Plus, it was a good price. Great service.

I am still in shock at how incredible DutchThrift were. I purchased an Olympus Pen EE which upon arrival, unfortunately, had the red flag up all the time - so the automatic settings were not working. This is a common issue with this series, due to the selenium cell, however since they service their cameras before listing I was a bit sad when it wasn’t working.
I wrote sharing what was happening, and Niek replied super fast - we tried doing some testing and it confirmed that it was probably an issue with the selenium cell (or a cold joint sold).
I was super disappointed as I loooooved the camera - it had a really cold cold shoe attachment. Very quickly Niek suggested a different camera from the website - a Pen EE-S - and posted it same day, free of charge.
It just arrived and the selenium cell is confirmed working!!!
DutchThrift now have a client for life, and I’ve recommended them and their service to all my photographer friends.

In the power winder I bought, the battery compartment cover with the contact points was missing. Because of this, the power winder is unusable, despite the description in the listing stating that it is “fully functional.” Please see the excerpt below:

Innanzitutto per la qualità del prodotto, per il prezzo vantaggioso e per la gentilezza / disponibilità del "supporto clienti". Mi è stato consentito di effettuare un nuovo ordine, senza spese di spedizione, per acquistare un altro articolo, che mi era sfuggito di mettere precedentemente nel carrello.

They sent a vintage Ricoh that was supposed to be fully restored and operational but it had no light seals.
Paid above market price to be able to use it immediately but unusable.
Unacceptable.

They have replaced the camera with another one in good condition.
Communication was clear, effective, and friendly!

Very fast delivery and the quality of the camera was as described, there was a pleasant surprise the camera was loaded with a film and the price was really good compared with other companies so overal a good experience

L'appareil de photo est completement bloqué et l'obturateur ne fonctionne pas. Je ne peux pas croire que vous avez vérifié cet appareil, car à l'évidence l'appareil a un grave problème en particulier d'obturateur.
Je n'ai pas pu essayer l'objectif, sur un autre appareil car je n'ai pas d'adaptateur pour l'instant.
Concernant l'autre objectif il semble en bon état (SCHNEIDER) mais n'ai pu l'essayer non plus car je n'ai pas non plus d'adaptateur. Pour les deux objectifs donc j'ai commandé des adaptateurs pour fuji, et je les attends.Je ne vous cache pas mon mécontentement, je suis photographe amateur depuis plus de 40 ans et l'appareil a un aspect extérieur parfait mais il est inutilisable.
