This company is a complete scam. They first started charging me monthly then they started charging me about every two weeks 30 bucks so in the end your charged 60 a month

Placed an order on the 30th of Dec 2025 it’s currently the 24th of Jan 2026 and I still haven’t received my order this website is a scam. Don’t order from this bullshit website.

If I could give minus stars I would! Bought shavers for my daughters for christmas, they suck and the girls wont use them. And now every month since they charge me, I have checked to make sure I'm not subscribed to anything and I have not ordered anything else. Multiple emails to them with no response.

I have been charge and I have never ever signed up or brought any thing from Duskbeautyco. Yet the continue to take money out of my account the last amount was $52.29 cent New Zealand dollars I have tried to get this stopped and refunded but they keep finding a way to scam me I'm about to go to NZ fraud division as this is ridiculous unfair and unjust. The world need to know what a bloody scam this company is🤬😡

I have tried multiple times to cancel the "VIP Membership" This is a total scam. Not only is the product useless, the charges are ridiculous. I have been charged $29.99 eight times in the past 3 months; and received nothing in return. And now, I can't seem to cancel. NO MORE CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT! It amounts to robbery!! I think I should be refunded the $230.00 that you stole. Your representative suggested I order something from your "catalog". There is no catalog. Enough!!!

Bought reflective solar house numbers and 12 days later saw a charge of 29.99 on my account. Called my bank immediately to have a charge back. I called the company (603)241-4987 and they said I subscribed for membership, which I didn't. I demanded they reimburse my funds immediately. I will go ahead and report their activities to the attorney General's office and FTC.

I got charged with an unauthorized subscription with no way of knowing I subscribed and no way to cancel it. Been charged 1-2 times a month, $46 dollars each time.

Beware of this company! Dusk Beauty Co. uses very deceptive practices. They sign you up for a “subscription” without making it clear, and then keep charging your card nonstop — even when you try to cancel. The worst part? The subscription doesn’t even send you anything in return. It’s just endless charges with no response from customer service. I had to contact my bank to block future payments. Definitely avoid this company — it’s a total scam!

Money trap. I thought I was buying a one off purchase. I have been charged 29.99 for 7 months. It only occurred to me to check why a payment was pending for duskbeauty when I had already received the item. Turns out when you agree to terms and conditions you agree to money going out every month.
The item is ok and you can get it from Temu for the original price.

If I could leave no stars I would .I've tried to get a hold of them and they never answer back .I've been charged 5 times for the same product. Would really like it to STOP .

I ordered a shaver back in May on a 4 installment payment plan as I was in school and had little money. They have now charged me SIX TIMES. Their website is completely different, there is no evidence on their new site that I even have an account or an order with them, and I have tried reaching out several times to no luck.

I am being charged every month $29.99. I am so pissed. I am still waiting to get a response back on this because I am not goin to be charged this amount every month. Oh... also, I NEVER received my product. Is now 10/8/2025 and ordered on 4/16/2025.

They continue charging your count ever 2 weeks when order has been completed paid for. They are thieves.

This company also has charged me for a subscription and I did not sign up for it, I am disputing charges and filing a complaint. They charged me and didn't even send a product, deceptive practices.

They will keep taking your money. Signing you up for a subscription but then you never receive anything for it. Luckily my bank caught it. $150...29.99 a month and they even tried to take ot twice this month.

It is a rip off. The razor does not even work well, doesn’t shave closely, leaves small hairs and strawberry legs.
They always have it on a sale that “ends at midnight”, everyday, the original price says $100 and the sale is $23.99 to make you think you’re getting a deal, but they also sign you up for a subscription without you knowing, charging $30 a month.

This company is a joke. They kept taking money off my credit card for a subscription without me knowing. When I noticed they had taken over a $100 and the razor is not any good. I tried phoning but have a message saying my call can't be completed, I've tried a few times and the same thing.

Product sucks. Don't waste your money. Also they automatically sign you up for the VIP membership even if you don't want it. Then they don't even let you know that you were signed up for the membership and take money from your account but will not refund it. Complete scam of a company.

If I could leave NO stars I would. This company is a scam. They take the cost of product. $50 and then charge you $29.99/ month. For a razor. Why do I need a monthly subscription for a razor. I want my money back. For a razor I’ve been charged over $100. Ridiculous
