DUraweather Poly or Patio Surplus LLC is by far the worst company that I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. We received our set of chairs which was incomplete, and after almost three months, they informed us that they would not be sending the missing items. There is nobody that is available to talk to on the phone and they sometimes take several weeks to respond to email inquiries. We are spending an inordinate amount of time attempting to get our money refunded as this review is being written.

I sure do wish that the one star could be removed from this review.
This company has refused to ship out our missing items. After disputing these charges on our PayPal account, and spending the time necessary to jump through the necessary hoops, the case was resolved in our favor. Duraweather Poly is attempting to send me to collections since they were charged back for the undelivered items. The items that did arrive to us are not of good quality or as they described on their site. I wanted to return the partial set and Duraweather was going to charge me for return shipping.
What was intended to be a birthday gift for my wife was turned into a living nightmare by this unethical company. I only wished that I would have seen some of the other reviews before making this purchase. Steer clear of this horrible company.

I wished I would have seen this rating. This is a horrible company. Left a phone message and contacted them by email. I continued to contact them in every email I could to cancel an order same day I placed it and no answer. They basically sent me a Dear Valued customer letter on Saturday. “. If you are receiving this message, you're all set! We typically reply to emails and voicemails within 24-96 business hours (our customer service support center is closed on Saturday and Sunday), however, we have been receiving an influx of inquiries at this time. If you receive this message, we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Please note that sending additional emails does not prioritize your inquiry. Sending multiple messages to the team can actually make our response time slower, as it clogs up our inbox. We thank you for your patience.

Cancelling an order so it does not ship should have been a priority on Friday. I live in Florida and they are 3 hours behind me.
Not surprised when I received today on Sunday a notification that the order has shipped.

I only did 1 star because it would not let me do zero! Ordered over $3,100 worth of furniture 16 weeks ago. two chairs and a table were sent in about a week, and were the WRONG ITEMS. They did correct it, but we were required to send a ton of photos and take the heavy pieces to UPS as they wouldn't pay for pickup. The remainder of our furniture was supposed to arrive "in 6-10 weeks OR LESS." In fact, it still says that on their website, which is an absolute lie. As I said, 15 weeks and nothing. Every month they tell us we will absolutely have it by the end of the next month. I now believe this is a scam and we will never get our furniture. Just demanded a refund. We will see if they process it or if I have to do a chargeback through American Express.
My recommendation is to stay FAR AWAY from Duraweather. At best they are a very poorly run business. At worst, it is possible fraud plain and simple - I say this because the delivery dates on the website today are still providing fraudulent delivery dates that they know are inaccurate.

Placed 2 orders - first order was for 4 chairs, DELAYS, missing parts but finally complete. Second order I still haven’t received table and now no responses for an almost $3k set of furniture you would think company would at minimum reply. But the good news is I get every freaking sale email and reminded they are happy to take new orders and offer free shipping…. How about sending the flipping table

I spent over $1,100 for 4 adirondack chairs late last year (we live in the north east) and didn't put them together until spring this year. The chairs are horrible to sit in. The chairs lean so far back it is uncomfortable to sit in. The cup holders have fallen off. I sent photos to Duraweather and asked what can be done about the obvious design flaws. I was told that I need to drill new & different holes as a solution. Poor solution for a $1,100 purchase.
I purchased a DuraWeather Poly® Classic King Size Porch Rocker in Latte. It was horrible to put together.Horrible. Not because the instructions were horrible (they weren’t great but adequate) but because the pieces didn’t want to line up. It’s not as comfortable as my husband hoped it would be for as much as we paid. It is as wide as he wanted and once put together feels sturdy. The company asked for a review which I provided but almost two weeks later it’s still not posted on their site. Guess they only post positive reviews. Be warned, in the fine print if you want to return a problem rocker there’s a 30% “restocking fee”. You also have to keep all your packaging intact or they can subtract 25% for that as well. Be quick though you only have 7 days and it must be preapproved
