Simple to use and efficient backup solution

I've been using Duplicator across 40 sites over almost 7 years now and have always found it robust and reliable. When I have needed get support it has always been prompt and accurate. Today was no exception.

I have been using duplicator since 2017 and it has been fantastic. I have never found any other duplication software that has worked even half as well as duplicator. I build a lot of websites and I build them on development domains then move them to the clients domain when done. Duplicator makes backing up and moving very simple. it is also a lifesaver if a website gets hacked because we can simply re-install the latest backup and completely wipe out the hack. Everyone should keep backups regularly and duplicator is the way to go!

Duplicator is a brilliant plug in to smooth the often tricky business of moving websites to other domains.

The biggest bonus is the really helpful help desk who have always managed to fix any problems.

Highly recommended.

The product is essential if you look after a number of websites and it is easy to use.
Works well, but if there are problems the support is swift and high quality.

Total junk, could not install easily in older website, had to use filezilla, I bought the pro version but instead of trying to help me and let me install in my other websites they just refunded and left me hanging

I> use Duplicator Pro for five WordPress.com sites. The ability to have a local backup is a key part of my disaster recovery plan.
In the past, I have used the software to move from one hosting company to another. It worked just as I hoped.

I had it working previously. Same themes, same host.

Now it takes ages to make a backup and when that is uploaded, the plugin does not recognise the upload. I've tried multiple times with .zip and other formats.

Simply put - this is genuinely a waste of time. Support documentation is ambiguous (which site is the donor if you're cloning a site).. completely ambiguous.

Sadly I can't give this a zero. Software that is designed to be simple.. should be.

It's fast, fully automated and I love Duplicator's support. Really cool plugin.

Problem solved. After spending a number of hours trying out different options to resolve why Duplicator wasn't completing any backup I submitted a Tech support ticket. By the next morning the problem had been resolved and, more importantly, an explanation of how it was solved was provided. I could have asked for or expected more. Well done.
