So wie viele meiner Vorschreiber , habe auch ich eine Plastikperle statt einen Stuhl erhalten. Das erste und das letzte Mal über Tic Toc bestellt. Anhand des Preises hätte man sich das eigentlich auch denken können 🙈. Seite existiert nicht .

Do not buy You will only receive a plastic bead. The company becomes unreachable. The site disappears from the web, and so do the other companies that advertise the armchair. In fact, on Tik Tok they don't let you make a comment. Stay away

Ordered pod chairs on February 21, and have received nothing. Emails sent and not revived due to mailbox being gone, and order tracking links no longer exists. Neither does website. I was definitely part of the hoax and wish I could get my money back.

I ordered the rocking chairs with big puffy cushions in January/ still not arrive,
On email I sent I got a response but since others have failed to send !

Ordered item 27th Jan still not seen the item paid £36 now 11th march 26 , I've been ripped off. Emails now bounce back , ombudsman should look into this company I'm really pissed off.

AVOID. Almost positive they are now operating under another name of 'oryx decor' advertising rocking chairs on tiktok. They'll take your money and send a bead in the post as your chair. It seems very convincing, they send you through the tracking and confirmation orders but it's all a scam. Please report it's not a nice thing for anyone to go through I hate to think how many people may have already fallen for their scam yet again 😢

Estafa total, pedi una sillon en 11/02/26, no he recibido nada el correo de soporte no funciona o esta lleno. Es una lastima que nos estafen de esta manera sin tener castigo alguno.

Would give zero stars if possible, as this is a scam.
Ordered a rocking chair, got a bead through the post. I assume the bead is so they can say my recorded delivery was received (it was as the postie put it through the letter box), just not what I ordered.
Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Now waiting for my credit card company to tell me if I can get my money back.

Bought a rocking chair as everybody and got a pearl in my mailbox now the site is closed and emails don’t work scam

Ordered a big puffy chair for my daughter on the 2.2.26 that I saw on tictok, I received an email to say that it has been shipped. Totally forgot about it until today. Checked the emails, website no longer available. Looked on here and read that some received 2 random beads through the post. I did actually receive a random bead a few weeks ago so I guess I won’t be receiving my chair. Site is closed down now but I’m sure they will pop up under another name. I hope they get caught one day!!!!!!!

I placed an order on 5th Feb for a rocking chair, with the big puffy cushions. Paid the money and still haven't received it. I have sent several emails, a few replied to with a "ticket" number and the rest ignored. I will never order from here again. Disguting customer servixe

AVOID AVOID AVOID….. utter scam. Having to go through bank now to get my money back due to their customer support service email address is rejecting my emails.

It’s a SCAM like everyone I received a bead. When I then emailed they said there was a fulfilment error. And resent my “chair”. Which once the tracking showed delivered said Birmingham. (I live in Devon UK) I have now seen they have shut down their store and are under onyxdecor.com. I am currently in the process of talking to my bank about a refund. But might not get the money back.

Sono dei ladri, mi hanno scritto che avrei avuto il rimborso dopo 7 giorni ma sono spariti e non ho ricevuto nulla. Scrivendo all'indirizzo con il quale mi avevano informato del rimborso, le comunicazioni tornano indietro come se l'indirizzo non esistesse più. E' un peccato che instragram mostri pubblicità di prodotti di aziende che poi non esistono.

I bought two chair and haven’t heard anything back. I did randomly receive 2 beads in a small envelope and reading the other reviews, it seems that’s a common thing.
