I would NOT recommend Dumpster.com
I would NOT recommend Dumpster.com! I was mislead on drop off time, costing me an additional $630 to pay for labor and equipment to remain on site. I called for the dumpster to be picked up on the 3 day, to which they let it remain on site trying to charge me an additional $25 a day x10! The dumpster remained on site for 2 weeks! Customer service was horrible, the individual who was my "account manager" Dustin, could never be reached and had a real piss poor way of handling things, basically when informed them that I was mislead, Dustin said I'll listen to the call and give a discount on your next rental, I let them know I'll never use Dumpster.com & Dustin response was why should I bother listening to the call then? We'll Dustin it's called Customer satisfaction and making sure you're employees don't mislead customers costing them an additional $630 that was not in the budget! I highly suggest you call your local waste management in your area and beat out the middle guy who will only screw you"dumpster.com"

November 2024 - I had a dumpster delivered in Kansas City. Delivery and pickup were on time with no hassles.
The dumpster was clean and in good condition. I called to make the arrangements and the agent was helpful and easy to work with. The cost for the service was reasonable. I have already recommended Dumpsters.com to several people.

Thumbs up . The individuals who dropped and picked up the dumpster were amazingly helpful and went out of their way to place the dumpster where it was most advantageous for us, though more difficult for the drivers.

I knew we were in great hands when agent Joe answered my call. Within just a few minutes, he put my mind at ease, assuring me that the dumpster we desperately needed would be delivered the next day, right on time for our technicians!

Danny made the process easy and he was very professional and thorough. The whole process was great. They came on time and delivered the dumpster on boards so it would not stain my driveway. They picked it up promptly when promised. The experience was top notch and professional.
