Everyone on the Duke Travel team treated us like family. Their service was phenomenal, friendly, comfortable, and accommodating, and we couldn't have chosen a better venue for our stay during the IOMTT 2023.

Speedy responses to questions and confirmation of booking was all very efficient. Here's hoping the travel and experience are as great!!

Booked tickets for TT 2024 for a group of 4 couples (8) travelling in from Norway and Spain. Duke Travel made this booking easy. DT hold hotel rooms waiting for my friends to make their final booking decision.

Duke packages are well-sorted, communications are timely, and the staff is friendly.

Some details can be improved. There is no electricity in Bell Tent camp, so if you have a medical device, or a high electricity need, avoid this camp. WiFi @ Bell tent exists, but it is weak, and intermittent. The shared male/female toilets in the high school were a disaster with the ratio of men being much more than women. We had VIP tickets at Victory Cafe; confusion was immediate as most of us in different parties did not know how to check in for VIP area, and we spent much time not knowing where to go. The VIP experience was very nice once it was sorted, but they need better food & more drink selection. Bus confusion @ Black Dub happened when the driver who dropped us off said he would be back at 1700, but actually arrived at 1620. A few passengers saw him and boarded, but when he was just about to drive off, we asked him to wait so we could round up the rest of the passengers who were down in the food area, and didn’t see the bus; he almost left more than half of the passengers behind. It should have been him to round-up the passengers.

I contacted Duke Travel pretty last minute to find out if there was availability for week at Manx TT in august. Jacque Dawson sorted everything,hotel,ferry etc . Very impressed . Really looking forward to my trip in august.

I was a bit sceptical about this when I heard what the wife had booked as a surprise, especially as it wasn’t cheap. The level of dedication however by the staff (mozzy & sarah mainly) made it more than worth while. All of the on site facilities were perfect for what we needed and the club bar is great. Reasonable prices, TT coverage all day, what more could you ask for. The staff being islanders really helped with our planning for day & night activities. The Tents & camping gear were more than adequate too. I’d definitely book again with a bit of Duke Discount. Thank you all involved!

Duke Travel as a company were very good. They provided lots of communication leading up to our trip.
We stayed in a bell tent at Ballerkameen High School. The tent was very spacious and the beds were comfy.
The facilities however did leave a lot to be desired. The toilets in reception broke on our 1st day, so for the rest of our trip men and women were having to share a toilet block, and with the amount of men staying on the site, lets just say that toilet brushes would have been handy.
The toilet paper was not filled up regularly enough and was usually empty by mid day.
The advertised swimming pool was not in use and the cost of breakfast was astronomical.

Response was quick and all detail provided as per my request. Payment was easy with the online system and staff were friendly and helpful.

First night here and can honestly say what a fantastic place to stay . So much thought and attention to detail along with super attentive staff and a brilliant location . The Paddock tour was made really interesting with the guides enthusiasm and knowledge of the teams and riders . Definitely recommended .

Very receptive, always reached out to me via call or e-mail. Polite staff and took there to make sure my questions were answered.

Poor start to the booking but a good end. Let's see how the vacation trip turns out

Duke answered all my questions and were patient until I had decided my final choice. They provided me with great service. Even getting the ferry reservations I added.
