Dudukhouse Anmeldelser

Despite the busy month of December my order "Vamelo Cromatto" arrived reasonably quickly in the Netherlands. The duduk is normally in a red suitcase but they arranged for me that it arrived in a beautiful black suitcase. Unfortunately there was a mistake with the reeds. After some correspondence they arranged for me that the makers would send new and the correct reeds. I knew Dudukhouse because they are the only ones who supply great books for duduk, a good company!

The quality of this instrument is undeniable. I was able to produce a beautiful tone almost immediately. And before it arrived I had emailed questions about my order which was responded to promptly. I will order any subsequent products from here alone.

I was waiting for new stock on a duduk sevada in A and i was told right away when there was one available.
great customer service

I ordered the black series duduk reed in medium
delivery was fast with fedex
the reed is on it's own level
I have other reeds from well known Armenian masters
but this one is amazing. sound projection and stability
is so good. easier to play half tones for sure.
still needs to be played some more to reach its optimal sound but it's really great already.

I was very impressed with the prompt customer service. There was an issue with a reed and it was resolved very professionally and very quickly.
The reed sounds great so far.
I am happy with the service.
Great Dudukhouse Team!

I emailed the company as I was concerned the book we had ordered would not arrive in time for Christmas. They got back to me straight away with a friendly email to assure me that it would and that they were printed to order. It arrived in good time just as they had said.

After two weeks I’m still preparing the reed for good us.e The sound is warm and rich but tuning is still difficult. The (basic)reed opening is not on par yet.
The extra tax I have to pay is €21,00. So this is a very expensive reed after all. I hope it works out well in the end.

Fast delivery, and my Duduk is wonderful!

Beautiful instrument , got here fast!

Awesome website, high quality product

First of all the package is very well done, it make you confident as soon as your unboxing it. The duduk in itself is just amazing, you can see it by the quality of the wood, so don't be shy to spend a little more money to get something that it's worth the price. But the most important part is the reed that come with it, and i tell you that you won't be dissapointed. It as exactely the warming sound your are looking for. Thank you for selling such nice quality instrument.

Fijn bedrijf, met zeer hoge kwaliteit instrumenten van gerenommeerde bouwers. Top!

Good tips and the books were send quickly

My experience was great. Love doing business with this company. Shipping is fast.

Fascinating website with lots of resources for musicians. Highly recommended.

Very fast, reliable and interesting - exact what I was looking for!

I ordered three items: a Gamish case, a premium reed, and a book. The Gamish case was good. It was not crafted perfectly, but it would do.
I have not received the book yet after 4 weeks.
The worst thing is the so-called premium Gamish. I order Gamishs from Armenia directly each for $20-30.
This one was over $100. The sound quality and playability are nothing near my 30% Gamishes. It's too expensive for the quality.

An update on my review:
My original rating was 3 stars. Not sure how I put 2 stars. Sorry for that
Your quick reply and support impressed me, so it is already 4 stars for me.
As I said, the case is taking care of me just right. However, it could be more well-crafted, such as the symmetry of the dimensions.

The Reed sounds nice compared to other online ones I have ever bought. All I said was that I expected more of it at that price. I usually order batches of Reed directly from Armenia and the crafter. Usually, of every 10, 1-2 are very good. What I received from you as a premium is slightly above the average of a batch for which I spent around 300USD + shipping for 10 Reeds last time with an average quality of the one you sent.

But for viewers, I need to clarify that if online shopping is their only choice, your premium reed sounds much better than any reeds I bought online from websites, even the concert-quality at an average price of 70 USD. If I ever have to order online, you probably will be one of my options.

I will not return any items. But your offering the option was so kind of you. Thank you

Quick shipping and great quality duduks and reeds

Great reed! Order was fast and easy, with no complications.
