Best ducting system on the market today. Simple and flexible installation, very high quality components. Great service and quick delivery of product. Yes it is expensive but you get what you pay for. The 25% steel charge hurts but that seems to be the way of the world lately. Not the vendors fault.

Wrong item was sent.
I received 10" gaskets and they should have been 12"

Hay guys,, I ordered 5' of 8" flex metal duct. The product is exactly what I needed, with only one complaint. The box would have easily accommodated the 5', but unfortunately, the section measured 8" short of 5', and that was at approximately 50% of the accordion relief. See, I had Immediately put it across my knee and flexed it to know its radius ability. Then re-straightening on the bench ready to cut, when I realized that it didn't extend past the end of a 4' bench. SO,, If 5" is determined at it's maximum accordion length it would be "Nice" to be knowledgeable of that. Just for a test I took the 16" needed cutoff and packed it firmly closed, it measured just at 14".

The quality of the SS duct was excellent TY.

I'm giving 5 stars on this review because the customer service and Nordfab products are great. I ordered a custom size product online and a team member called me to make sure it was exactly what I needed and it fit great. One of the joints of pipe I ordered was egged a bit during shipping but I'm sure it was on the shipper because everything came packaged nice and secure so still gets 5 stars from me because that is out of the company's control.

After a number of orders, there is no question that Ducting Systems provides "no worry" service from start to finish. They make it easy to order and pay, and the shipments arrive quckly and very well- packed. On this latest order of galvanized ducting, I mistakenly put in for one unit in stainless steel. They called right away to make sure that I either wanted the part in stainless or had made a mistake - saving me time and $. GREAT!

Genuine Nordfab

Shipped fast, well packaged in a sturdy box with expanding foam. Have ordered from others who just ship the duct with a label on it. That does not work, the duct arrived square, not round. Ducting systems packaged it correctly and it arrived in pristine condition.

I purchased a complete system for my shop. Rusty was very helpful and patient working on the design layout. A major competitor of theirs wouldn't do design work unless you bought their DC even if I paid for the design work. Another woodworker suggested I contact Norfab. I did and I will recommend them to anyone needing excellent products and particularly service. I appreciate the phone calls versus text. Thank you again Rusty Jenkins.

Ordered a pair of custom Norfab duct transitions. The custom manufactured transitions were sized perfectly. The transitions were manufactured and shipped in two weeks.

Yes, it's fairly expensive but it's head and shoulders better than regular HVAC ducting from big box stores.

I have ordered from Ducting Systems many times and each time has been great. Items are always correct and without damage. Prices are great for a quality product.

The only "criticism" I have is I wish the items would ship quicker when they are smaller orders (branches, elbows, blast gates). They ALWAYS ship when they say they will, but with other sites spoiling me with 2-3 day shipping I wish I would be able to get my order faster. That said I've ordered from other suppliers similar ducting just to get it quicker, and learned the hard way that buying from Ducting Systems is worth the wait. The ducting from the other supplier was a poor copy of Nordfab and when i went to return it I got socked with poor customer service. Every time I have spoken with someone at Ducting Systems I have received GREAT customer service.
