Really useful and very informative and inclusive.

The way the trainer teaches we’re really good and repeated key words and key elements help to learn the basic understanding really quickly. Thanks

Interesting and useful knowledge, delivered with passion and excitement.

Came back for a refresher after doing the course 2 years ago. Had the same lovely course leader, Denise, both times who made the experience enjoyable, practical and interactive. Also giving us specific details such as confidentiality, dignity and respect. And from experience you may not remember everything exactly the first time but you will definitely take away key details which can be instrumental. Was considerate and asked on a magnitude of times about things which we may need support with or be aware of etc. Would certainly look to engage in other courses with Denise such as the mental health course.

Happy with the tutor as she [Denise] made the day relaxing
i was n still am impressed with the knowledge i have learned about today.

Denise was great with our girls, who are usually a rowdy bunch. Kept them engaged and was really patient. The awareness workshop was really informative and helpful for our young leaders, as well as our qualified coaches to refresh their knowledge!

Denise is a fantastic trainer, she's very careful about making sure everyone is learning in a way that suits them makes them comfortable and and that they are doing it correctly and she always makes sure our questions are answered in depth.

The instructor explained everything clearly and patiently.

Great training very useful

Had a great learning experience! Denise was clear and very helpful with explaining everything on the first aid course

Felt welcomed and entertained as well as I learnt a lot and very important skill by a good teacher

The trainer (Denise) explained things really well, was friendly and listened to further questions. She also asked open ended questions to support our learning.

Denise was very helpful and made the session fun but very knowledgeable. When it came to the exam at the end she made everyone feel at ease beforehand! What a credit to the company!

This training was excellent, it was an amazing experience. I had the opportunity to learn and practice about first aid. Denise was very engaging and she brought so much experience. I loved that it wasn’t all by power-point. She engaged us all from the start, and referred back to our contributions throughout, making it very interactive and positive. Would definitely recommend it.
