I hate that you send more product than…
I hate that you send more product than I can use too many times. Once it was left in the mailbox when it wa hot and the capsules melted together. I want to cancel any more orders fro you. A I’ll return to the company that served me well for several years, ALWAYS checking with me before sending additional bottles.

"Guaranteed 2 Day Shipping" is a farce, there is no "Guaranteed 2 Day Shipping". They only provide excuses and you are lucky that your order arrives in 3 or more WEEKS. Worse service ever.

I was able to pull up your account, and I see that you placed your order on 11/24/23, which was the Friday after Thanksgiving.
Our team was off for the Holiday weekend, but they did fulfill your order First thing when they returned to office on Monday.
Our Team did make the error of shipping your package with USPS instead of FedEx, but we did refund you right away for that shipping costs as soon as you reached out, and we do sincerely apologize for that. As for the additional time it look for your package to arrive on 12/11/23, once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we do not have any control over that shipping time. The last we spoke I did offer you a one-time exception for a full refund if you wanted to return those items, but it looks like you decided to keep the product.
Again we do apologize for any inconvience this has caused you, the shipping delays you experienced are not the norm for us, and we strive to avoid issues similar to yours.
We hope we can make it up to you with a future order.

Great flexibility and customer service
I appreciate the great customer service and flexibility with regards to autoship. An advice is sent out in advance of the new shipment, and there's sufficient time to adjust if necessary. The reps make it easy.

Horrible customer service and purchasing experience.
I bought 6 ICaps Eye Vitamin bottles and when they were shipped to me, all 6 of them were expiring in 02/2024. Do they expect customers to consume all 6 bottles with a shelf life of less than half a year?? Ridiculous.
Contacted them and they refused to refund the full costs AND shipping fee. According to them, I can consume 2 of the bottles before the expiration date. Do they now dictate customers to immediately consume them?? I wouldn't even have paid for the shipping fee in the first place if I knew they were selling products that were so close to expiring.
Horrible purchasing experience. Stay away.

Winner on Mask & Wipes, but...
The eye wipes and the eye mask were great. As well as the eye wash. However, the drops were a fail. No relief from the drops. I continue to use Genteal gel for severe dry eyes.
