DR Vitamin Solutions was founded in 2008 by David Benic to offer only the very best quality nutritional vitamins and supplements that make sense out of the vast array of products on the market today – all for the lowest prices permitted by the manufacturers. We also offer additional coupon savings on most brands. In our experience we have found many people take supplements without realizing differences in quality, raw material source, and what forms/extracts of a specific raw material is best utilized to achieve the desired outcome. With our extensive research team we have done all the research for you, and only offer products on this website that meet our strict criteria, have shown effectiveness, and are supplements David would personally take (and many he does) or recommend to friends and family. DR Vitamin Solutions offers pharmaceutical formulas and doctor brands that are usually found only in a professional doctor’s office such as Zetpil Nutritional Suppositories, Drucker Labs, and the truly superior delivery system of Quicksilver Scientific products. We are a verified authorized seller of all the brands we carry.

FedEx Could NOT DELIVER RETURNED MERCHANDISE!!
On May 10, 2023 I order 2 package of Can-C eye drops, which is what I customarily order. I received instead, Can-C dry capsules, which I can’t use. I called Customer Service and spoke to Abigail Nuncio who informed me that they would refund the $48 for the original order, but I had to pay $16 to FedEx to return the merchandise. Today I receive an email from FedEx that they could not deliver the merchandise because 1. Customer Not Available or Business Closed. This was during the normal business hours. Because I was concerned, after the hassle of returning the wrong order, I attempted to contact Dr Vitamin Solutions during business hours. They were not available and answering their PHONE / TEXT MSGS / EMAIL - so I don’t know if they are still in business, or just have poor customer service. NOT ANSWERING MULTIPLE REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER SEVERAL HOURS!!??? I just want my original payment of $48 refunded….What’s Up Here???

Poor cust service
Ordered product, then 12 days later they cancelled it. I lost all that time waiting for the product and wish they'd have told me sooner that they DIDN"T have it in stock.

Ridiculous Delivery Process
I ordered one item, requires cooling, on a Sunday afternoon. It took until Tuesday to approve the order (?) and the company said it was delivered to a USPS drop-off site. Last evening, four days later, the USPS sent me a notice it was delivered to their distribution center in Fort Worth. Given that the company is in that area it is strange it took almost a week to get that short distance. Now I get a notice it will be delivered this Wednesday, one week and three days after submitting the order.
My advice to Dr Vitamin Solutions is get a new delivery service and try to streamline this asinine process. Nothing should take that long to be delivered these days. Needless to say I have found another supplier

Very good quality products
Very good quality products, I have been ordering from this company for a few years. Consistent service and decent pricing, shipping to Canada is always received in a reasonable amount of time.
I order from quite a few companies and I know my products, people who have posted negative reviews here don't know what they're talking about ( most of them have very poor articulation, spelling, etc which is an indication of a person who doesn't understand what they're purchasing)
Definitely a good company with an excellent product.

Took my money and no product.
They took my money and never received my product. It has been 3 weeks and no sign of my product.
I emailed them and they say they could not provide a tracking number because they don't have one which is very unprofessional.

Pure Absorb Glutathione
After I posted my negative review (below) Dr. Vitamin Solution contacted me and issued a full refund. I'm grateful !
Well I should have dug deeper and looked at all the indredients in the Lyposomal Glutathione from Pure Absorb. You will find Stevia, which I abhor and worse yet Potassium sorbate as a perservative. and always peruse those ingredients BEFORE you open the package!

Svar fra DR Vitamin Solutions
We're sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the PureAbsorb GSH. We always provide the full supplement facts and ingredients list for every product so that our customers can see what's in them before purchasing. Stevia is in this product to improve the taste, it is a natural sweetener approved by the FDA for use in supplements. Potassium sorbate is a naturally occurring unsaturated fatty acid that is recognized as safe by the FDA in regard to health and has the lowest allergenic potential of all food preservatives. Please note that ingredients are listed in order of largest amount in the formula to smallest. Stevia and Potassium sorbate are the last two listed ingredients as they make up the smallest percentage of the formula than any other ingredient. These ingredients are in the formula to improve taste and increase shelf life naturally, and have been chosen by the scientists at PureAbsorb for their benefits and being the best options. As always, we encourage our customers to contact our health consultants with any questions or concerns about products.

We're glad to hear you're satisfied with your order, but sorry that the delivery took longer than you expected. This is unfortunately normal for an order placed over the Thanksgiving holiday, but longer than orders placed with us normally. We apologize again for the delay and hope you'll order with us again so we can provide our regular, faster shipping speeds!
