Horrible experince with dropxl

Horrible experince with dropxl. So many of there products are poorly made, missing parts or have broken parts when sent to your custers. Instead of send the missing part or broken part. You have to get your customer to repack the whole product back in the same box and have their courier pick it up and then they will replace. Number of times a customer would build a cabinet, only to find the handles missing. Dropxl will not send out the missing handles. Customer will need to dismantle the items and pack it back in the box. As you can imagine this ruins your stores reputation as being difficult and a customer that will never return. They will also prolong the return proccess. i have many items that took months to resolve. Their customer service is the worst i have ever experinced and their care factor for your store is zero.
You will need to open PayPal disputes to solve any issues.
Stay away at all costs. Hands down, the worst experince i have had.

Everything is getting worse with this company.

Being the dropshipper for over 4 years with this company, from Vidaxl to Dropxl.

Everything is getting worse. There is no after-sales service now. You need to take any losses from your sales.

The damage issue and missing parts usually happen; I don't know if anyone checked it before shipping.

The color difference is the smallest thing, the quality is too low, if the customer wants to return, then you will take the loss.

The product from this company is higher and higher. What can we do?

For example, last year, a shelf cost 60, and we sold pretty well, but within 6 months, the cost is over 100 now. This happens for many products; it really hurts our sales.

Not recommended, all good reviews should be lies.

After 2 months of trying to become a…

After 2 months of trying to become a reseller, I gave up.
They charged multiple monthly fees and have never replied or approved our business.
Avoid this company, a scam company.

Customer service said it is a normal colour difference; obviously, they sent a different colour than the listing.

I’ve been using DropXL for a while now

Good dropshipping supplier for outdoor furniture in USA

I’m based in Cali USA and been using dropXL for my dropshipping store mostly selling outdoor furniture — patio sets, loungers, that kinda stuff. Gotta say, it’s been pretty awesome so far. The products look great, quality’s solid, and my customers have been super happy.

Shipping’s faster than I expected since they’ve got warehouses here in the US. I’ve had way less drama with delayed orders compared to my last supplier.

Only small thing is that they can improve their b2b portal a bit and more options for dropshippers, but overall I’m cool with it. DropXL’s made it easy for me to actually make good profit this summer. Finally have a dropshipping supplier I can rely on.

Advantages and disadvantages

Advantages:

The product range has many SKUs with stock available, offering a wide variety, which is great.
The product details are very comprehensive.
After-sales issues are generally resolved.
Disadvantages:

The product quality is generally poor and has a cheap feel.
The quality of logistics providers is lacking, with frequent parcel losses and delayed deliveries.
After-sales issues are complicated, often with missing product accessories or damaged products, and the handling time is quite long.

Good solution for the business

I found dropXL accidently and at that time I want add more assortments on my online store.
Its work really well and help my business grow further without lot of investment needed.
Although in the begining I am worry about the issue with product quality, its becoming better after.
