We got planning approval on first attempt despite a drawn out process by the council and a fairly complicated set of circumstances. The process with Dropped Kerb Planning was easy and worked exactly how it was described. Would recommend to others.
DKP helped us through the entire process. Her experience and expertise was so reassuring and she stayed positive and helpful throughout. What could have been an overwhelming process was made straight forward and easy to understand with DKP's invaluable help and we were delighted to have a successful result despite unpromising prospects.

This was never going to be easy, the Local Authority are notorious for being difficult and with the application being in a Conservation Area, we were up against it.
Rachel and I worked on the initial application and then the strategy for overcoming their objections and finally after 13 months, we have been successful.

Rachel also wrote an accompanying letter to our local council on my behalf explaining exactly why we were requesting an extension to our dropped kerb.
The letter was written very professionally and worded much better than I would have done it, it was the sort of quality you would expect from a Solicitor.
