I sent my drone to Drone Works Ireland for a gimbal repair, and I’m absolutely blown away by the service. Not only did they fix the gimbal perfectly for a fair price (€190), but they also surprised me by restoring the body of the drone — all the scratches were gone, and it looked like new!

Excellent and efficient

We needed our drone repaired, thankfully we had the repair insurance (recommended). The overall process was perfect and staff were very friendly and supportive. Also there was clear communication from Droneworks while we waited for the drone to be repaired which only took a week.

I contacted Droneworks after a silly mistake caused my drone to crash and break an arm. I sent the aircraft by post and they contacted me to confirm receipt. They phoned me with instructions on how to unbind the drone, so they could test it on their controller. It was repaired and returned to me in a few days, as good as new. Top class work by Droneworks. Now, it's up to me to avoid any more crashes, but if things go wrong, as can happen, it's good to know a company like this can fix it.
