Purchased a drone from these as I first thought it was a uk company. Then I didn’t hear from them for a week until I emailed them asking for my order to be cancelled. The next day they sent me tracking details which at first told me 2 day delivery. As I checked the tracking details daily the days kept going up then the penny dropped it was a scam from china. Eventually the drone arrived and it was a cheap toy, not even close to the description on the web site. If you want to return the item, they send you a Chinese address which probably cost more to return it than the price of the actual drone. And you can’t return it if it has been used or tested. Luckily I purchased this on the credit card. Please avoid at all cost.

Husband ordered a mini drone. Did not work. No reply from e mail contact. Pity we did not look at these reviews before buying. Complete and utter scam

The drone arrived and was faulty from the word go. Since then these con artists have refused to answer my many messages altogether. I only wish I had read the many previous negative comments before I used them and now my money is lost DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ordered a drone for£125.00 on 5th Feb. Nothing has arrived no response to my emails.Avoid this company.

Do not use this company. This company is based in China. The specification on their site does not match the drone you receive. The returns policy is basically send it back to China at your cost and IF we eventually receive it you MAY get a refund. Avoid this company.

Nothing Uk about this firm. Ordered a drone 2nd November nothing turned up, emailed the company limited pigeon English reply, stating they will look into it hope for understanding. 2 weeks passed, stop replying to my emails no refund. Scam so avoid if I was you.

Ordered in Nov 22, Now Jan 23 still nothing.....

Ordered a drone from drones fly. After waiting a few weeks, I emailed to find out where it was. To be told it can take 25 working days to arrive. After looking back on the website it does state that all items come from China. I wrongly assumed as it was a UK website it would be coming from the UK. The drone did eventually arrive. But the box and instructions were all in Chinese.....

Ordered a drone. Order notification email received. Heard nothing for 2 weeks, so chased via the contact email. No response. Tried again a week later and then received an email stating that the order was now cancelled. Absolute shocking customer service

Terrible, I ordered 2 drones for my sons on 13/12/21 delivery quoted as before Xmas. Asked to download a “tracking app” to track my order, on my end shown as delivered to Bolton in Manchester (50 miles from my address) emailed multiple times since asking for a refund as I never received the goods and now I don’t get any response at all!! I’m £84 down and my kids missed out on their drones for Xmas. If I could’ve left a review with 0 stars I would have. Avoid like the plague!!!
