We fix stick drift, worn joysticks, charging port faults, and common controller issues for PS5 DualSense, PS4 DualShock 4, and Xbox pads. Services include hall effect and TMR stick upgrades, standard stick replacement, charging port repair, shell swaps, back paddle kit installs, and custom mods quoted case by case. We also sell refurbished controllers when stock is available. How it works: you order a fixed-price repair online, post your controller from a UK address, and we repair, test, and return it with tracked postage. Every controller is tested on real hardware before dispatch. Typical repairs take 3 to 7 working days from when your pad arrives. Custom builds and parts-heavy jobs take longer and are confirmed before you post. We offer a 90-day guarantee on our workmanship and the parts we fitted. If the agreed repair cannot be completed, you do not pay for it. DroidFix is a solo operation. The same person who replies to your messages does the repair work at the bench. Bought a controller from here 6 months ago from vinted and have not had a single complaint, customer service was brilliant and the product was more than what I was expecting. I've been using this fully custom controller for a while now made to custom order, and it's easily one of the best controllers I've owned. The build quality feels premium, and the customization options make it stand out from standard controllers.
The back buttons are perfectly placed and extremely responsive, making it much easier to perform actions without taking my thumbs off the sticks. The Hall Effect thumbsticks are a huge upgrade, offering smooth, precise control and peace of mind knowing stick drift won't be an issue down the line.
One of my favorite features is the mouse-click triggers. They have a short, crisp actuation that feels incredibly responsive, especially in fast-paced shooters and competitive games. Every input feels instant and satisfying.
Overall, the controller feels comfortable, responsive, and built for performance. If you're looking for a high-end custom controller with premium features, this setup is absolutely worth it. The combination of back buttons, Hall Effect sticks, and mouse-click triggers makes a noticeable difference in both comfort and gameplay.
