Very pleased with both the product and the service. Delivery was much quicker than expected, making it easy to move from my old laptop to my new one without any downtime. Everything worked perfectly on arrival and the entire experience was straightforward and stress-free. Highly recommended.

ordered 5 of the same units and, while i understand they're picked at random, i was not expecting to receive 5 completely different brands/variations - not 1 matching item/spec.

immediately sent a return request by email but the're not prompt in responding/communication.

Very quick delivery on my new sata hard drive as I thought my old one was kaput found out it wasn’t the hard drive but the mother board was faulty. My fault and I will keep the new hard drive as a spare for future use. Will definitely use DrMemory again!!🤗😁👍🏼

I originally purchased an XUM Legend gaming PC through Amazon in July 2025, and I’ve been extremely happy with my experience with XUM from the very beginning.

When the PC first arrived, it was packaged incredibly well, with plenty of protection to ensure everything arrived safely and securely. For the price I paid, it was a fantastic PC and offered excellent value for money.

Since purchasing it, I’ve gradually upgraded pretty much all of the internal components to turn it into a much more powerful gaming system than it originally was. However, I’ve continued using the original XUM case and its included fans.

Recently, one of the original case fans developed a fault, causing a loud rattling noise when starting up. Despite having upgraded the majority of the PC’s components, I decided to contact XUM to see whether they could help.

Their customer service was absolutely fantastic!

They responded to my enquiry incredibly quickly and arranged for a replacement fan to be sent out without any hassle or unnecessary questions. The replacement arrived the very next day, which genuinely impressed me.

I also contacted them with a follow-up question about the replacement, and once again, they responded promptly, politely and professionally, taking the time to explain everything.

It’s reassuring to know that even over a year after purchasing my PC, XUM are still willing to help their customers and provide such excellent after-sales support.

I’ve previously left a 5-star review for the PC on Amazon, and I’m more than happy to leave another 5-star review here for their outstanding customer service.

I would absolutely recommend XUM to anyone looking for an affordable gaming PC, PC components or accessories. I’ll happily consider purchasing from them again in the future.

Product arrived next day delivery, inserted the new RAM into my laptop and all good. Definitely will be purchasing from Doctor Memory again.

Having dealt with Doctor Memory on a previous occasion, I was confident that my requirements would be met and supported. It was easy to identify the product (8GB RAM) that I needed from the many products available. I placed my order late on Tuesday, the order was acknowledged and dispatched promptly. By Thursday 3 pm my new RAM was installed and working. Excellent service and good quality products.

Made contact via the Ebay message process as my two phone calls were not attended to.....but when they did respond it was clear and concise confirmation that the part was compatible. Delivery was very quick and the part is working.

Packaging wasn't backed to keep it safe but it works and was delivered fast I would have been happier with a bit of cardboard inside to help it not get damaged in transit but 4 stars would give 5 if not for that.....

Bought laptop that did not have a working key despite being described as Grade A. Replacement sent - not grade A but Grade B - scratched, missing webcam lens. Returned that and asked for one they have listed (10 of them available) to be told it's sold out!! Still waiting for a response and replacement or refund. Regret buying from this firm AVOID AT ALL COSTS. May need to take legal action

I ordered a replacement CPU for a computer. It was incredibly well priced, delivered very quickly and packaged well. I am really pleased and will use the website again in the future.

I ordered a HP Elitebook 840 which arrived promptly. It looked in excellent condition. I took it and my old laptop to a PC Shop and paid them to safely transfer the data from my old device to the new one. Unfortunately 3 days later my new laptop began to go wrong. I described what was happening to Chat GPT who informed me it was most likely a hardware fault. I took photographs and sent them to Doctor Memory asking for a full refund which they processed on receipt of the returned laptop. I am however still out of pocket paying for the data transfer to a faulty device. Not recommended.

Ordered a 32gb ram kit.
It arrived well packaged and on time

Unfortunately only 1 stick arrived, which didn't work.

Contacted them out of hours, next day I had a response.
I returned the item and within a working day of the item being returned, I had my refund.

While frustrating to only receive half what I ordered (and it didn't work), the service to refund was simple and fast, so no complaints overall.

I ordered 2 sticks of 8GB RAM but received only 1. Yet to receive any explanation, as their customer service isn't open until Monday, but just perplexed about how a simple mistake like this can be made.
After contacting them, they said, "Unfortunately, the item was listed incorrectly saying it was 2x8gb whist only being 1x8gb ", which is just a lie. Claiming you are selling one thing and not sending it is just scamming, so I would strongly recommend not buying from this company.
