Great speedy support from DRmare, even during weekend.

Have been using this app for a couple of years now without any issues at all....i recently switched laptops and had some trouble registering the app on the new laptop understandably as i has bought lifetime registration for just 1 mac. Just one email to the support team and i was surprised by the speedy reply with the solution provided. This is type of service you dream of. So not only is the app superb and very easy to use and does what it says it will do but so are the people who are helping to improve it daily with regular updates and help out immediately for problems such as i was facing. Thank You!

Best app to convert Apple Music to MP3 unprotected format. Simple and powerful. As a side note, songs must be downloaded in the disk before conversion. Artwork and tags are kept. Customer service is good.

Summary: Great software that do things as expected. Kind support when needed. Not expensive thinking in the result.

I purchased the Audio Capture program by accident in 2022, when I actually needed the Spotify converter program. I emailed them this week giving an explanation and they were able to assist me in swapping my reg key to the one I needed! My needs were met and they had great communication!

I have been using Apple Music for some time, but I have had some problems with the service so I decided to convert my library to mp3 to remove the licensing problems to be able to use it on my different devices, I was looking for some online apps and downloaded some to test how they worked and really so far the only one that has met my expectations is DRmare since I do not need any manual to be able to use it the sound quality of the songs is definitely of very good quality and the customer service I have received so far could not be better, when I had a small problem with the software due to an update I made on my MacBook it took only a few hours to help me solve the problem, so I would definitely recommend Drmare as one of the best software for the performance of this task.

DRmare Tidikit is excellent software and easy to use. The customer service is outstanding. I had a glitch with upgrading to an annual subscription, but that was resolved immediately. Highly recommended

Well, I tried the demo. I had a glitch, which proved to be my fault. Customer service patiently worked me through it, so I bought the full package. I love the program and highly recommend it if you have a large Amazon music library like me!

I've been using DRmare for over a year now, both their Audio and Video conversion programs. The audio program is fantastic. They have a tough time keeping up with the Apple Video though. Even with the latest update, I can't convert newer movies that I've bought from iTunes. That said, Apple should let us do with the movies as we please, we bought them, we own them...we should be able to put them on. I have a 200tb server, strictly media and Apple makes loading up difficult.
That said, I'm still happy with the DRmare software.
Their customer service is, bar none, the best I've dealt with. I had to replace the drives in my computer last week which nullified my licenses. Dropped an email to Tech Services explaining the situation and, not 24 hrs. later, they reinstituted my keys and all was well with the world.
Fingers crossed that they can figure out a patch for the latest iTunes version. There's lots of movies I want to buy :)

Great speedy support from DRmare from technical point of view when I signed out life license. Drmare again fully supported to switched my license into my new Mac computer. Wish that DRmare can consider to add an option to download original file format, bit rate & sampling rate in Tidal also include FLAC MQA / WAV MQA.
