The connector peace that you connect…
The connector peace that you connect the hose to always leeks. It's the peace you connect to your shower head. The connection to my shower head is just fine, but the connector it self is what leaks. In the package you send the shower head, and two other peaces, the hose and the connector. It's the connector that's the problem, it LEEKS!!!

I didn’t realize you would enroll me into automatically order filter tubes for my shower heads. As of right now I have over 20 filter tubes for shower heads that haven’t been installed. Please stop my automatic mailing of the filter tubes. Thank you

BUYER BEWARE!!!
The water that comes out of the shower IS a little bit softer and smells better. However the claim of it boosting your water pressure is not accurate and the limited options for different spray types leaves much to be desired. PLUS, the website apparently automatically signs you up for a monthly subscription without making that obvious to the person who's PAYING FOR IT!! So BUYER BEWARE this product is totally over hyped and over priced!!

The product itself
So the shower heads does not give the pressure that they say it does. As the filter builds up the less water pressure you get. The filter itself does give you a 30 day run. I understand that this solely gives you clear water, but it puts no minerals which your body and hair do need back into the water after taking out the chemicals. The support staff is great!!! I have been working with Nestor and he has been wonderful to communicate with, I give him 5 stars just not the actual product.

Not at the pressure advertised….
Not nearly the pressure I was expecting. Also didn’t interface well with existing holder and hose assembly and they charge too much to add that on to the purchase.

Love the fact you can use less water
Love the fact you can use less water. Skin feels wonderful, not dry and flaky. Like the pressure of the water. Overall, everyone should have one. So easy to install even a 10year old could do it. Wish I had gotten it sooner.

Amazing Shower!!
I've been hearing and ion drops for awhile. The shower experience is wonderful. My skin felt less dry after the first shower. I'm expecting for it to get better. I couldn't believe what I found in my old shower heads!!

smooth spray, no sharp streams
The spray pattern is actually really nice. Water spreads evenly instead of hitting you in sharp streams. It feels relaxing instead of aggressive. Makes a simple shower feel better.
