Annie was the perfect driving instructor for me, teaching someone who was pretty nervous in his first lesson to be a confident and competent driver. My first lesson was the first time I’d been behind a wheel, save for being in the arcades or dodgems, but Annie’s calm, structured, and empathetic approach put me at ease and I passed on my first attempt. In truth, I never saw myself as a driver and I’d reached my mid-30s without needing to drive, but a bit of spare time meant I decided to give it a go, and I’m so glad I did – and I’m doubly glad it was with Annie and Driving Dynamix. The other five star reviews speak for themselves but I’d like to pay special attention to the care involved throughout this school. Although Annie was my instructor, I felt that Gabi and Alyx were equally invested in my driving journey and sincerely wanted me to pass my test. They’re also all completely lovely! 100% worth the money and I’d recommend Driving Dynamix to anyone.

I’m a total beginner with zero basic knowledge on cars. So this is my first time learning how to drive.I passed first time (automatic) with Annie’s help!!!!!!!

Annie is very patient and fun to be with. I enjoyed our diving lessons and I find them very useful. The school is also very organised as we book lessons through the app, and it tracks my progress.

After some challenging previous driving lesson experiences I never imagined I was going to be able to pass but with Gabi's help I was able to overcome my anxiety and general confusion about driving to pass at 8 months pregnant! Highly recommended if driving just isn't 'clicking' for you!

Gabi was absolutely amazing! After having multiple driving instructors and doing multiple tests and learning for 4 years, went with gabi for not even 2 months of lessons and passed. So understanding, so lovely, amazing at her job. Could not reccomend more!

Driving Dynamix supported me through my journey to getting my license. There was great support for the theory test to clear communication about lessons. The lessons were always enjoyable with clear goals and helped me to focus on specific areas of driving whilst being a constant reminder of fundamentals. Despite being nervous, I always felt safe and when things went wrong - which wasn't uncommon - I felt supported. Any mistakes were discussed and a plan was put in place to try to avoid repeats. Overall I had a brilliant time and would recommend them as an excellent way to learn how to drive.

I had a fantastic experience with Driving Dynamix. I suffer with anxiety and never thought I would be able to drive as a result. My instructor made sure to check in on how I was feeling throughout the lessons. We approached driving at a steady pace and though my instructor pushed me out of my comfort zone she made sure to introduce new things when I was ready. We never rushed and thought through techniques to help me keep my anxiety under control while driving. The teaching was thorough and my instructor was always happy to demonstrate manoeuvres if I was unsure. I was directed to helpful resources to look at between lessons. I have now passed my driving test and I have grown in confidence and now feel well equipped to start driving independently. I would highly recommend learning to drive with Driving Dymanix.

Highly recommend Driving Dynamix if you want to learn to drive in Exeter. My instructor, Alyx, helped me to pass with flying colours - I’m delighted to have passed first time with no faults!

Gabi is a highly experienced examiner-turned-instructor who is a calm presence during lessons and who brings insightful observations on your driving progress. I am an experienced foreign driver and Gabi helped identify all of the troubles I was having adapting to UK roads, but she furthermore helped me be a safer driver, overcoming years of acquired habits (and, at worst, carelessness). By the end, I was able to pass my practical on the first try with only one driver fault, so something must have worked! Thanks Gabi!

I would tell anyone who wants to pass there test to use Gabi and her team excellent service provided from start to finish just want to thank Gabi for helping me through it and giving me the confidence to succeed thank you regards Jason

Gabby was fundamental to me getting confidence on the road. As something who is a bit neuro-diverse and a little dyspraxic, her guidance was invaluable in me overcoming self doubt and anxiety as a driver. As well as being a detail-focused and concise teacher, Gabby is also just a great friend, and made an otherwise challenging process, thoroughly enjoyable and wholesome.

I cannot recommend both of these ladies enough - truly quality instructors with lovely personalities and so understanding of the difficulties of neurodiversity and learning difficulties and adapting their communication styles and teaching styles to suit me. Being dyspraxic, 28 years old, working full time; with a failed test behind me and nobody I could practice with outside of lessons, I really thought I was doomed and they turned it around for me. They really helped me out when I was stuck in a bad situation with a past instructor / school (and because of the one off nature of the situation, I actually worked with both Gabi and Alyx) and after one false start and a swift re-book, I ACTUALLY PASSED! Still a bit blown away. Over my learning journey I worked with two other instructors in the past and I have to say that these ladies are head and shoulders above the rest. Absolutely love the mother daughter dynamix duo and they gave me every penny’s worth of value on my lessons. Couldn’t be further from these big ‘schools’ based miles away hiring out anyone who’ll do the job. Eternally grateful!

When I first decided to start the driving course I wasn’t really sure if I was going to make it as driving for me was one of the biggest fears .Being on the road it’s a huge responsibility and this was holding me back but luckily I started lessons with Alyx ,she was calm ,knowledgeable and a very motivating instructor .She helped me overcome the fear and made me a safe and confident driver.I passed 1st time with only two minors and I couldn’t ask for a better.If you are looking for a friendly,professional and reliable driving school I would definitely recommend Driving Dynamics!

I was taught by Gabi in a manual car, the car handles well and is fun to drive. My confidence and skills increased every lesson with manoeuvres, dual carriageways and positioning. Gabi is friendly and is an exceptional instructor and explains things concisely and makes driving enjoyable. Each lesson felt useful and you knew you had made progress. The mock tests we did when coming up to the driving test worked really well for the real thing and it was great to pass the test in the end.

Alyx is fabulous in so many ways. Her calmness and patience is commendable and her reassurance helps me looks past my doubt in myself. Alyx goes the extra mile to help me along my learning journey and my test week, making sure I have enough practice in areas I am uncertain of. Her advice and tips are not only beneficial to a learner but even to experienced driver. I could not pass my test the first time without her. I recently passed my test after having lessons with Alyx. She is a friendly and calm teacher with a methodical approach. Each lesson was well structured and progress was quick. With knowledge of all the test routes, she gave me mock tests leading up to the exam which made me feel confident going into it. I would highly recommend her as a teacher.

One of the best companies if you want to learn driving. I would definitely recommend Gabbi though she is very patient and is very nice
