The customer service was first rate! I had the start recording/stop recording issue pop up so purchased a new SD card as recommended by Drive Vision. The problem still existed and then the 12v power supply stopped working. I contacted customer service and they sent out a new power supply cable free of charge and gave me instructions on how to troubleshoot the start/stop issue. After several emails back and forth and a firmware update it's all working perfectly again.

I bought a front and rear set of cameras after watching the advertisement on Facebook and have to say the video quality is excellent. I hardwired the system and was very straightforward to do. Ended up buying a second set of cameras for our other car. Very good service all around.

Great service and more importantly an even better product.

The product arrived very quickly, the product was easy to set up and use, Ive had other cameras previously constantly suffering dropouts etc. The drive vision camera has been fantastic for us. Id happily recommend them, also found the price to be very reasonable.

Cam was installed in the vehicle for less than 12 months before it began to randomly say Stop Recording . . . Start Recording, sometimes less than 2 minutes into the journey. All the lights stay on so I assume its still recording.
Drivevision contacted me shortly after I posted this review and suggested reformatting the sd card which I did and the problem seems to be fixed.
Overall, I am pretty happy with it. Try to find a 2 channel dashcam with gps for the same price!

They were very quick in replying when I had a query - even though I think it was actually a Sunday I sent it thinking it would be replied to on Monday - replied on Sunday!
I have installed both a front and rear in my Audi - had all the fuse options I needed, and it has been very good to date - the pictures are crisp and clear, and there is no problem making out registration plates which is pretty important obviously.
The app is easy to use and easy to see the videos etc widescreen.
Overall for the price it gives me everything that more expensive units do, so I have no complaints at all.

I liked the idea of buying an Australian product at an affordable price, with all the features that other more expensive Dash Cam brands provide. The Drivevision Dash Cam is user friendly, easy to install, and of excellent quality. I liked the fact that it does not contain a lithium battery which can overheat in our hot summer condition.

Ordered the dashcam which was easy, took a little while to get here. Once here it was easy to install. Tried to hardwire it in but sometimes it would turn on and sometimes it wouldn't. So ended up using the power cable instead which works great. App is easy to use as well, so so far so good.

I chose the DriveVision dash cam after reviewing many videos on Youtube and I'm really pleased with my choice. I didn't want any wiring visible in my new Hybrid Carnival so I had it installed for me professionally. The auto spark who installed it for me was very impressed with the unit and especially the provided hard wire kit. I regretted not buying the wireless rear camera so I have ordered one to add to the package. The front camera blends in with my new car and it looks like it was provided by the Kia factory, that was what I wanted to achieve and it was successful.

Very easy to use web site. Ordered a 256GB SD card for my partner Blackvue camera and it works a treat. Didn't buy a Blackvue SD card as they are ridiculously expensive. This SD card was under $100 and it works in the Blackvue like a champion. Highly recommended

Very happy with dash cam and quality of videos produced both front and back ones. I had the dash cam hard wired in by professional for $300 did excellent job and everything works fine. It’s set up so does not flatten car battery all necessary equipment fuses wiring was included in kit. Hardwire kits can cost $60 if sold seperatly. I just to get settings right for parked mode and understand all the capabilities of dash cam to get best out of it. Before installing dash cam had my brand new car a few weeks parked and some kind person opened their door on my chipping paint and ceramic coating, not happy Jane! But next time I’ll have the number plate from dash cam and means of getting them to fix it instead of me .

The DriveVision camera is a wonderful compact unit that has both front and rear cameras. the images are clear with the ability to lock footage as required. The staff are helpful with any follow up inquires and want nothing more than buyers positive experience. I can't recommend the unit and staff highly enough.

Excellent product, very small and discreet compared to other dash cams. Good quality video and easy install with the 12 volt plug, a little bit harder to hardwire but after a few YouTube videos got this done and works well. Easy ordering through the website and quick delivery.

I have installed my new front and back dashcam cameras. Installation was a breeze. Cables provided are plenty long enough. The APP takes a little getting used to but works fine. There was a delay in shipping the front camera - supply issues. It could have been handled better but everything worked out in the end. Some reviews talk about possible problems in high heat... It's nearly winter now so we'll see in 6 months if those concerns are real. Overall, this appears to be a nice little unit. Can't wait for my first crash to see what happens (not really...).

I installed a front and rear camera recently and found the whole process to be very satisfactory. Delivery time was reasonable and it didn't take me long to instal both cameras. Pricing is quite competitive.
The recordings are very clear and I have not experienced any issues to date.

I saw this Dash Cam advertised whilst on line and after doing some further investigation I noticed it kept receiving great reviews.

I also noticed how many people use it on the Aussie Dash Cams youtube channel.

The Dash Cam is well priced, the service and delivery was very quick and my auto electrician was extremely impressed that all necessary cables were included.

I am also impressed with the picture quality and the telephone app.

As a famous Count Down presenter would say..... Do yourself a favour and get one !!!!

DashCam both front 4K and 2K camera recording quality is really good!! Additionally, insurance company accepted the claim by looking at DashCam recording, when an incident occurred.

Noted that Vildura App may require improvements on User Manuals in regard to connectivity process. As Car ignition must be ON to connect VilduraApp to device. Anyway, as per everday usage, connecting to VilduraApp requirement will be very occasionally especially when an incident happens.

I also recommend DriveVision to include following as Bundle Package;
1) USB 3.1 and USB-C Adaptator having SD Card Slots; as it requires to extract or view recorded items on Computer or Laptop devices.
2) Along with default 16GB SD Card, also include 256GB SD Card. (Reason that when user want to view / extract recorded items on Computer then they will remove 16GB SD Card so during that time they can insert 256GB SD Card until 16GB SD Card can be backed up or Quarantine onto Computer Storage)

VilduraApp also require more features like when Car parked at Home during night then it should connect to home router and NAS storage device via WiFi and transfer all recorded items to home NAS device as back-up.

Super easy to setup and install both front and rear cameras. App works great but I need to look into the file format as it won’t play on my pc. Clarity is A1, can clearly everything you expect and so smooth with 4K.

Can’t fault.

My wife and I made a decision to electrify our life with a solar/battery/EV solution. We ordered the Solar/Battery system on February 25, 2026. We paid a $250 deposit of a 2025 Chery E5 BEV on February 27, 2026. On February 28, 2026 the USA/Israel/Iran war started. On April 1, 2026 our solar/battery system was fully commissioned. On April 9, 2026 we took delivery of our Chery EV. On April 23, 2026 an auto electrician completed the hook up of the power of our Drive Vision Camera that I had already ran the wires for at a cost for $80 cash. The total cost of our DriveVision camera with all the accessories was an additional $500.

In comparison to other 4K cameras that have the letters “VUE” in their name, my wife and I saved ourselves about just under $900. The other “VUE” cameras are sold exclusively through new car dealerships or after market auto part retailers. You still have to find an auto electrician to install at the cost of $300-$500.

In dealing with DriveVision I soon began to understand why their camera were not as expensive. The sales acquisition, order processing and after sales support is done with AI. If the issue becomes to overwhelming for the AI tool to manage, you will eventually be able to chat with a human. In order to execute the installation of a DriveVision camera you need:

Be patient. If you look at the timeline to electrify my life with a solar/battery/EV you have to appreciate that you are going to finally get what you need is not as fast as ordering southern fried chicken.
Be handy with using the plastic tool supplied to fit the wiring for your drive cam.
Find an auto electrician you trust to just only do the hardwire connection.

As a former Senior IT Business Analyst with 30 years of experience and running my own residential cleaning business to squeeze what I could out of my body prior to a heart attack, I understand the business model of DriveVision. DriveVision have an incredibly smart AI tool that mimics human conversation. If you can imagine as a business person selling a product and providing after sales support, the cost of having a call centre with very smart human resources working in a third world country is very expensive in comparison to having an well thought out and implemented AI tool.

In Australia, we have people that are called “awkers” or “yaboos.” This type of person will typically go up to the service counter of any business and kick it to get attention and service. They will talk rudely to the clerk behind the counter. The ego centric sense of entitlement will give the business they are dealing with a one star review and blurt out their abuse in one sentence or less. Well with this kind of attitude and level of intelligence, they should have got their equivalent version of a “VUE” camera through new car dealership or an after market auto parts retailer who will suck up to you just like the sales clerks did to the character Julie Roberts played in the film “Pretty Woman.” The engineers of humanity created humans with a free will. A wise teacher long ago also said to “treat others the way you like to be treated.”

I rest my case with respect to why I give DriveVision a five star review.

Purchased the Drivevision dashcam along with the rear camera and found it very easy to install and operate.
The day & night vision is great and very clear.
All in all a great camera at a realistic price and good service.
