Super quick arrival, very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend!

Because I kind of knew what was happening, With the first warning sign , I put myself on guard . Battery warning signal came on first and as I continued to drive I noticed I lost control of my power steering so as I got through the tunnel, within a mile , I was able to pull over safely. Kept the car running in case I could drive a little further. Once I lifted the hood, I saw my belt broke so I knew I was in trouble. Hoping I could drive the next 15 miles to the next exit, I put the car in drive when check engine light came on also and the car could barely move. So I put in park and called for help. They were there within 30 minutes and Joe took a quick assessment. He wasn't making promises but as it got towed to the garage at the Bedford exit, the mechanics started looking at why the belt broke and found the pulley broke off the air conditioner pump. At that point they called OReilly auto parts and found they had the part in stock with a belt also. We went over there immediately, picked it up, and back to the shop. As they put the part back in place, I haven't had air condition in my car in over 2 years. A little freon later also hooked me up with that. I over heard them saying they didn't want to take me over the coals. To be truthful I thought I was looking at over $500 in labor. When he told me $283 , I was in shock. I know they spent a couple hours on it and for them to only charge that much, let's just say I was very appreciative. That's an honest and hard working crew who deserves a shout out!!!!

The people that came to help were very professional and very nice. They took care of my tire needs very swiftly. Extremely pleasant to deal with and they even were great with my little dog!

Great response time and service! Got us back on the road quickly and driver was so friendly and courteous.

They came on time, service person was very nice, and worked very hard to get car going.(starter switch went bad , we will have to replace it, this was something he could not do,we have to get the part,but he got the car started so we could get it home!)The tracking never worked, but the phone number did.
Lady was a little hard to understand.
Price was reasonable.

Very prompt response. I was able to use the App to schedule the service but not able to track my service provider in the App and called the 1-800 number and the woman was very helpful. She gave me the service person’s direct number so we could communicate about my location and he arrived within the stated timeframe. He was very nice, had everything he needed to change my tire. He knew more about my vehicle than I did! I was very pleased with the service.

I've been trying to get a more in detail receipt to submit to my insurance and I've been stuck in a loop being told to just go on the app or website. Which I have done and have been receiving the same receipt with no additional information on there. I.e payment submission, destination of tow. It's been about 4-5 days of the same directions and they cannot provide me a direct number to speak with customer service at all.

Would have liked a little earlier service but they did come when they said they would be there. He was very pleasant and polite.would not hesitate to call again great job

Great response. Hooked me up with a terrific auto repair service. I was kept updated on who to expect as well as ETA of the technician who had my tire replaced quickly and who bailed me out of a precarious situation.
