Drip Shop Live is home to Instant Packs — digital mystery packs that let you rip and reveal real, verified trading cards in real time, right from your phone. No waiting, no guessing: open a pack, see your hits instantly, and you pull a physical card, redeem it to have it vaulted, or shipped straight to your door. Every pack is built around genuine odds and real inventory, so what you see is what you get. Beyond Instant Packs, Drip is also home to creator-led live shopping, where streamers break packs and interact with the community in real time — but Instant Packs are where collectors come to get that same rush on their own schedule, whenever the mood strikes. Drip is built by collectors, for collectors — with an active community on our platform and Discord, and a growing library of Instant Packs across the hobbies you love. Rip your next pack and see what you pull.

App is broken, misleading, and support is useless
Before I start, I want to make it clear that my issues are not with the sellers — they’ve been great. My problems are entirely with the Dripshop. live app and its management.
The support team is utterly useless. They take weeks to reply, only to send the same “Sorry for the delay, we’re looking into this issue” message, and then close your case without fixing anything.
The instant pack pricing is completely inaccurate — I’ve seen $9 cards listed as being worth $55. They also have a “free currency” called Driplets, which worked fine at first, but then they inflated the prices of everything and even started removing Driplets from my account.
The app is full of bugs, and getting any real support is impossible. Even their own in-house shop is terrible — they shipped my package damaged and only gave me $15 in credit when the value dropped by at least $25.
Promo codes don’t work, they promote shady sweepstakes, and they send false notifications about “new features” that don’t exist.
Overall, the app feels like it’s been abandoned by anyone who actually cares about customers. I strongly recommend staying away until they fix their system and start treating users fairly.

Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. We take these concerns seriously.
The issues you've described support response times, pricing accuracy, Driplets management, damaged packages, and promo code problems are not the experience we want anyone to have on our platform.
We'd like to investigate each of these issues directly with you. Could you email us at support@dripshop.live with any order details, screenshots, or specifics about the problems you encountered? This will help us locate your account and look into what happened.
