Taylor was an amazing nurse. She was knowledgable, an expert at administering the IV, and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use these services again.

Really great experience! We booked an appointment at 8:30am and the nurse arrived at 10:30am. Setup was easy, efficient, convenient. The nurse did vitals, hung the IV, and monitored while the infusion ran and I rested comfortably on my couch watching tv! The whole process exceeded my expectations and I would definitely do it again.

Wonderful experience. Instantly felt all better after becoming dehydrated in the sun. Will definitely use again!

Was supposed to be overnight shipping. Instead delivery sat at UPS facility for four days. I am concerned about how that will affect the medication.

Christa was absolutely wonderful. She made the experience as comfortable as possible, using a heat pad and numbing spray to ensure the stick was virtually painless. Knowing how awful I felt, she got me started quickly and with so much care. She was not only incredibly skilled, but also kind, attentive, and a pleasure to talk to. I feel so much better thanks to her, and I’m truly grateful for the care she provided.

These guys were amazing. I reached out to them around 4 AM and their first available appointment wasn’t until 10 AM. I sent a message and asking if they could please come sooner. I felt like I was dying with a stomach virus. They got to my house at around 8:30 AM I feel like they save my life lol . I was so sick. The nurse was amazing so nice and understanding. I would recommend them 100%

The response time was amazing. The nurse was incredibly professional. I didn’t even feel the needle go in. She was friendly and made the whole process simple and easy and I felt immediately better after my IV drip. I had the stomach flu and I felt like a whole new person in the next day.

However, the experience fell short when it came to professionalism and presentation. Sophia arrived with all the necessary equipment, but it was stored in a rollaway suitcase that appeared extremely disorganized. Supplies were loosely packed and visibly jumbled together, which gave a chaotic first impression and raised concerns about cleanliness.

Given that this is a medical service involving IV administration, we expected a more structured and sanitary setup. Unfortunately, the lack of organization undermined our confidence in the overall experience.

While the convenience and responsiveness were strong points, the execution left much to be desired. Based on this experience, we would not choose to use the service again.
