This service was prompt, clean, and the nurse, Alexis, was kind and professional. I was able to get same-day service at my Airbnb. I would absolutely use it again if needed.

They were very quick to get me booked and take my money. The link they sent me to book my appointment led to a calendar that had no openings. After several complaint emails, I was finally given the opportunity to book several days out.

The person that did my consultation was not a doctor. She took the video call, on the street, in New York City. It was incredibly unprofessional, although she was nice. The plan that we discussed, did not end up being even close to what arrived just now.

Not only is the prescription not the dosage that we discussed. But even more disturbing was the fact that the bottle was short five pills!!!!! AND each of these pills look like they were hand pressed by someone’s home ecstasy operation. The pills don’t have standard pharmaceutical markings -instead it has a design pattern on it of a triangle.

I was told I was going to be receiving lozenges that melt under the tongue. Instead, I got a shorted prescription, of a lower dosage (of I have no idea what the hell this is.)

$399 for 11 tablets of I have no idea what. Avoid like the plague.

Terrible service, I inquired about a Iron Infusion 3 times calling them and being told "we will forward you inquiry" with no follow up whatsoever on any occasion. I sent my blood work and the person reviewing had no idea what they were doing. Honestly it was the most incompetent "service" I have ever experienced from all 3 representatives. Ended up going to ASAP IV's which helped me with my iron infusion immediately.

I always feel better after getting a bag done. I like that you can custom pick the bag for what you need it for. I got one done another time when I was sick, truly worth it.

The person that came to do mine, seemed new and a bit nervous. Had some shakey hands after putting the needle in, and couldn't get the bag piece attached to the needle. Good thing we had a pad down because blood was coming out. This was a little bit unsettling at first.

The nurse was quick to help and made sure to clean up my hands and floor. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They checked on me and the bag every 10mins to make sure everything felt great.
