I have made multiple requests for account statements and clarification on how my payments are being applied. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, I have not received any response. This lack of communication and transparency is highly concerning for a financial services provider. Clients should be able to expect timely responses, clear documentation, and accountability regarding their accounts. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with Drip Capital, and I cannot recommend this company based on their current practices.

Company legal document is one sided and probably illegal if someone takes them to court. Website is very good and funding mechanism is fast. Contract don't mean anything as they can reduce line at any time. Overall good company if you have your cash flows in order and can pay them back in time. But cannot rely on them to build up or in times of hardship. They exit out before even losses pile up. No rationale is given.

Drip Capital has been very easy to work with. Very professional and quick to respond to our needs. They are constantly trying to find new solutions to our challenges as a distributor. I have been trying to get a hold of Drip Capital for a few weeks now, and no one answers their phone, and no one returns my call I am not sure if they are actually located in the US or not.-As of 9/30/2025 I still have not heard a word from Drip Capital, I even emailed them at the address they replied with below ...crickets

Shara Gulati is my Drip Capital manager and she has been amazing asnwering all of my questions. It has been an awsome experience working together.

The company is doing everything as promised. Their process to pay each invoice is a little bit over-complicated, as they require a 20% pre-payment and an e-Sign for each invoice. They could just scrap the prepayment and make ONE contract work for all disbursements instead of having to sign each one.

Having said this, the people are very helpful and guide you all the way. I will keep doing business with this company and would recommend them for other businesses.

Be vigilant. This is not a company that operates on honesty and integrity.
