Didn't listen to the customer

The delivery of 12 bottles cones with far too much packaging and is really too heavy in one box. Also there is a particular wine i did not like in the bundle that i asked be replaced with any of the others. This did not happen. I have now cancelled my subscription and am ordering directly from SLW company which is cheaper by £18

We're sorry to hear that one of the wines aren't quite to your taste within a pre-built case. Our team have been in touch with you to attempt to resolve this by creating a bespoke case for you instead however they have unfortunately not heard back as of yet.

The email may have landed in your junk, so be sure to check there. They have emailed again today with the hope you receive this one.

Would have given a higher score but I…

Would have given a higher score but I am afraid the courier company you use ruined what would have been a seamless order. I’m afraid to say they have a bad name for a reason. As a result of their inefficiency we missed the opportunity to taste test this wine as planned.

We've taken a look into this and can see that your order was placed just before 4pm on 1st April and shipped by our warehouse and passed to the courier on 2nd April, with delivery then taking place on 4th April.

As Standard delivery was selected on your order, we advise to allow 2-3 working days for delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders placed prior to 12 noon weekdays, on the same day and anything after this time within 24 hours.

If a faster delivery is required, we advise to opt for our Express delivery service which promises delivery within 1-2 working days.

A good find.

This is delicious wine,smooth and tasty while being lower calorie.
The order was executed well with good communication and speedy delivery.

The wine is poor quality

The El Ninot de Paper Grenache Shiraz wine is poor with very little body and an acidic aftertaste. It will be used for cooking only.

I only received 12 bottles when I…

I only received 12 bottles when I ordered 13. I emailed and received a ticket number and then 4 days later the missing bottle of wine arrived with no response, no explanation, nothing. Was disapointed with the customer service.

We're sorry to hear this. It seems that this was due to the parcels being accidentally separated within the DPD system, this had then caused a delay with the second parcel containing your final bottle of wine.

Our Customer Experience Manager emailed you on Tuesday 18th March at 11:19am regarding this matter, however this email may very well have landed in your junk or spam folder - apologies if so!

Please rest assured that we reply to every email we receive, so if you can't see a response from us, always check your junk folder.
