A failure for me
The bottle is nice, and the flavors are good. However, the flavor does not last 6 20oz, nowhere near that. The bottle you have to keep twisting the top to let air in to drink from it. So even though the bottle is nice, having to work so much to drink from it, and the lack of flavor make it a failed purchase for me

Cirkul has completely turned around my disdain for water!
I really used to dislike drinking water before. Bland, tasteless, boring. I would much rather have sweet, sugary sodas and juices. Sure, there were flavor drops and pour in powders, but they were troublesome to use or didn't last long. My mom got me a Cirkul for my birthday, and I fell in love. It was effortless to use, and the variety of amazing flavors never left me bored or wanting more. Now, water is all I drink!

FedEx delivered to the wrong house! Cirkul has started an inquiry and is processing a new order to replace my lost order. This isn't the first time FedEx has delivered my purchases to the wrong address! I just wish it didn't take so long to get this order!

I can't use it
I can't use it! The website asked if I needed a water bottle, yes I do. I have ordered before for one of my kids but he no longer has the water bottle. The website automatically put one in my cart but then removed it apparently when I ordered so you need to fix the website so that it doesn't auto add one to cart if it's not going to send one.
I emailed my frustrations they didn't send me a link for the product just offered a coupon code if I emailed back, I don't even want a coupon I just want the product to be complete. I do a lot of online shopping, you gotta fix the website. Or policy. I went back to the website tried to find the right water bottle. I ordered my daughter a white bottle and realized later that's not even the normal bottle that my son received months ago, ugh!!!! Your website!
