Inconsistent taste of flavors
I used to order from them consistently. However, the last time I ordered from them I ordered two lemon sips (what they call the cartridges that are used in their bottles) and three other flavors. I called and was trying to clarify an issue, and I was asked if I wanted all lemon sips? I said yes, after she told me they had them in stock. Unfortunately, I got the sips, and each one had no lemon taste at all. I kept hoping it was just the one, but it turned out to be all of them. I haven't ordered from them since, but I'm now stuck with the two useless bottles.

Lid clasp broke
Lid clasp broke. Called customer service and the answer is try to take it back to Walmart or buy a new water bottle. No replacement lids. Not great customer service.

I was given an offer for free product…
I was given an offer for free product and it was added before check out but once I checked out the offer was gone. I did double check my order and I had met requirements for the offer. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me.

The product works for more water intake. But shipping?
The flavors and product are awesome. However the website isn’t that easy to use but doable.
The shipping experience is quite lacking. I run out of cartridges before a shipment arrives. FedEx is lacking. It shouldn’t take three plus days from the order or auto delivery date. Then take 7 plus days from there. FedEx shows shipped and them usually nothing until the day before they are ready to deliver. I certainly hope it gets better. Love the concept and am drinking much more water since cirkul.

My first order was canceled
My first order was canceled, with no explanation. No one contacted me to let me know why. I had to wait nearly a month from when I first placed my order to finally hopefully get my second order, which is supposed to arrive tomorrow… And then you ask for a review before it even comes.

Not all water tastes good especially at…
Not all water tastes good especially at the airport. I can take my circul bottle through tsa and fill it at a filling station. This way I will be hydrated during flight

I love Cirkul it's a very helpful water bottle…
I love Cirkul very helpful water bottle and it has made me more hydrated than my Gatorade water bottle ever had. My favorite flavor is definitely The water melon one. but my only complain is that the cartridge is a bit expensive for how much there is in there.

My experience with Cirkul has been……meh.
My experience with Cirkul has been… meh.
It’s a cool concept. The adjustable flavor dial is clever, and the idea of making water more enjoyable is appealing. However, in practice, the flavors just don’t seem to last long enough. I find myself going through cartridges faster than expected, and buying multiple refills each month quickly blows the budget.
For me, that’s the biggest issue — sustainability. Not environmental sustainability, but financial. It becomes hard to justify the ongoing cost when plain water (or other options) are far cheaper.
I’ve also noticed that at my local Walmart, Cirkul used to be displayed prominently in the aisles. Now it’s harder to find and doesn’t seem as heavily stocked. Maybe that’s just my store, but it does make me wonder if others are having similar experiences.
Overall, it’s a neat idea, but for me it hasn’t proven to be a long-term, cost-effective solution.

Quality has suffered
I have been a customer for several years and the quality has decreased in the past year-or-so. I have a subscription and have found that the strength of the flavors have suffered. Five years ago, one Cirkul "pod" lasted for at least 44 ounces. For the last several months, a good percentage of the flavor of my "pods" NEVER HAVE FLAVOR. I am disappointed in the decrease in the quality and I think that I am now going to cancel my subscription.

The amount of water flavored by one Cirkul Sip cartridge depends upon the setting you prefer. The lower the setting, the longer the flavor will last. But each Sip cartridge can flavor the equivalent of six 20oz. fully flavored bottled beverages!
Here are some tips that may take care of the flavor issue:
1. Turn the lid over and locate the rubber air valve which is the small clear rubber piece coming through the little hole in the lid (not the blue o-ring.)
2. Rub that valve back and forth a few times to loosen it up and then place the lid back on your bottle and check to see if your flavor flow has improved.
You can also try these tips:
1. Remove the Sip cartridge from the lid and give it a good shake and then reinsert it (it could've had an air bubble in it).
2. Move the flavor dial from X-10 a few times to be sure that the flavor is releasing correctly from the spout.
3. Wash the lid in warm water or on the top rack of your dishwasher.
Now, move the dial to your favorite setting and get back to happily hydrating! 😊 Please note as the flavor diminishes you may need to increase the dial.

Cirkuls customer service is as terrible as their flavor pods are for you. I purchased straight from their website it’s not just Walmart selling bad product. I’ve had pods with no flavor chemically tasting pods they are not sealed properly and ingredients are terrible for you. I tried to get refunded for the ones with no flavor and they refused. Said they don’t offer refunds even though their website clearly stated within 30 days or whatever when I was within the timeframe. Don’t waste your money go with hint water it tastes better and is better for you.

DO NOT BUY
If you live outside the US then DO NOT BUY. The store shelves are stacked with these bottles but nowhere does it say that you need to purchase the flavored cartridges separately and the checkout at Walmart never mentioned it. You are supposed to read their minds!! And they don’t ship the cartridges overseas so you would be wasting your money. I have checked on Amazon and they are no longer available so now I’m stuck with these useless bottles. If I could give no stars I would.
Recommend you get owala drink bottles instead.
