I love the dragonfruit flavor
I love the dragonfruit flavor. My only issue is half the cartridges I've gotten i havent been able to get flavor out of no matter how high I turn it up

The amount of water flavored by one Cirkul Sip cartridge depends upon the setting you prefer. The lower the setting, the longer the flavor will last. But each Sip cartridge can flavor the equivalent of six 20oz. fully flavored bottled beverages!
Here are some tips that may take care of the flavor issue:
1. Turn the lid over and locate the rubber air valve which is the small clear rubber piece coming through the little hole in the lid (not the blue o-ring.)
2. Rub that valve back and forth a few times to loosen it up and then place the lid back on your bottle and check to see if your flavor flow has improved.
You can also try these tips:
1. Remove the Sip cartridge from the lid and give it a good shake and then reinsert it (it could've had an air bubble in it).
2. Move the flavor dial from X-10 a few times to be sure that the flavor is releasing correctly from the spout.
3. Wash the lid in warm water or on the top rack of your dishwasher.
Now, move the dial to your favorite setting and get back to happily hydrating! 😊 Please note as the flavor diminishes you may need to increase the dial.

I usually really like the way you have fast shipping.
I have never had a problem before but this time I only got one of the 3 bottles that I paid for. I don't know what happened but I am very unsatisfied with paying for three bottles and getting one. Helps you drink water
The flavors are great. Shipping has been fast, so far. Cirkul helps me drink water. I previously requested stevia sweetened products, then noticed them the very next day. I've ordered some. Can't wait to try them. Can we get the sobracita line in a stevia version?

Cirkul is IT!
I ended up canceling my Cirkul subscription due to a reduction in funds, making it a bit harder for me to keep up the subscription. The representative I spoke with was very understanding and made it extremely easy. I still had a few boxes of flavors left, and I’ve definitely been able to enjoy those though!

Interesting on the timing of Cirkul's "manage autoship" notices.......
How convenient that when a "manage autoship" email goes out, it always seems to be a Saturday night around 6:00pm, and your customer has to respond by Sunday evening at 11:59pm. Would it not be more customer-oriented to send it out during the week when most customers are managing their email, instead of over the weekend when many customers may be trying to take a break? One might think you are trying to make it as inconvenient as possible for your customers, so that it gets easily missed and a shipment is on the way. Imagine that. And when Cirkul tells you they give you 2 days notice on the auto-ship.....absolutely NOT TRUE. How does receiving an email sent at 6:30pm on Sat. Aug. 23 with a notice to "update your order before 11:59pm on August 24" equate to two days?

It’s so so…
I don’t like you don’t offer returns even if product is unopened. As a newbie I am trying to figure out what I like so I opted to try your coffee line and got three different flavors. After the first one I could tell I wouldn’t not like this type. Then learned you don’t accept returns at all, and ven for unopened items. Additionally the “kids” like flavors do not seem to last as long as the sips. Oh well, live and learn. Probably not something super sustainable for me. My husband though can drink the same flavor so it works for him I guess. I suppose I’m fine with just regular water this process is too much effort for me.

I love the flavors
I love the flavors, I wish they lasted a little longer though as I drink 2 gallons of water a day so I am having to change the pods every 36 hours.

The fact I can drink more water with a variety of flavors!
The fact I can taylor the variety of flavors to my liking and get more water in daily is super amazing. One filter can last muah a good 2 weeks.

Some cartridges are not as full as others
It seems like several cartridges are hit or miss on how long they last. It’s as if some of them are not filled the same as the others. I’ve had some cartridges last several refills on the 22 ounce bottle. And I’ve had others where it barely goes through 1 1/2 bottles on a setting of 3 and the cartridge is empty.

Great customers
My whole family has been with your company pretty much since you started. We all feel that lately the flavors don't last very long and not very flavorful. Most of our family loves the black cherry the most. My autistic 9 year old grand-daughter will only drink milk and black cherry circul. Never any coupons or deals to stock up either. Some of the new flavors are very plain.

Premature request to review your service
You request a review regarding “how did we do?” 2 days after I placed my order. What exactly can I review you on? As far as I can tell at this point my order has been received and nothing more, I don’t think a label has been made or any of the items I order have even been boxed.
