I CANCELLED MY ORDER WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY LIED AND DID NOT DELIVER ON TIME AND TWO WEEKS LATER THEY HAVE STILL NOT ISSUED A REFUND BUT SAID IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 10 DAYS.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE LIARS.

Dr Frank’s Weight Loss Clinic is absolutely fantastic. They have been looking after me and my journey for quite a while now and the service has been excellent. The nurses are really caring and the system is impeccable. I truly put my health in their hands every time and is with only them that I would or continue my journey

Ghosting. No reply to emails. Frustrating company. Can’t even log on to emails anymore or social media links. Phone number announces not taking calls. 3 prescriptions. One ok. One didn’t arrive. Had to book an apmnt to speak to someone. 3rd one again hasn’t replied but they have taken the money. Now to book an apmnt it’s £30!!! Absolutely shocking company. Do not use. You will regret it. We re now contacting PayPal to get money back for undelivered item

Ordered 9th April, chased on 14th and received standard fobbing off email, have since sent 2 more emails and not had any response. Order number is 103168 if you'd like to avoid a chargeback. I had such high hopes but I won't be back!

Ordered repeat prescription, paid on 8th April. Medication has still not been dispatched. Phone line has been currently unavailable for over a week. Sent 6 emails without even an acknowledgement. Avoid completely

Paid over £1,200 for a 6 month prepaid plan first one came great 2nd received after lots of e mails some ignored 3rd pen I had e-mail 12/04 with approval now a week late with no dose no pen!! No response after 8 e mails to enquires so e mailed accounts@howellmedicalgroup which is where your money is paid still no response! So currently £800 out of pocket and weight loss journey messed up by this heartless company DO NOT TOUCH!

Awful experience in the end. Emails ignored, phone calls not answered. Went without my prescription for 5 weeks the first time. Second time was 4 weeks. Because of the lack of ability to get a response or speak to anyone I think they want you to pay £30 to have a consultation with a nurse if you want to speak to anyone.
I have now moved to Pharmulous and the experience could not be any different. Professional, calls that are answered prescriptions quickly sent.
Do not use Dr Frank’s, it will be an expensive mistake.

This was great to begin with. Currently waiting for a delivery from 7th April. Emailed about 20 times with no response. Am having to now raise a refund through the bank. The phone lines are not active either.

This is an amazing no words to explain how this weight loss journey built my confidence changing my appearance my lifestyle and most of anything I have more patience with my family my friends my colleagues. I can’t thank enough to Dr Frank❤️❤️🙏🙏

Please don’t fall into the same trap I have, as well as thousands of others. This is definitely not a safe company to deal with. And certainly not for Mounjaro, or any other medication. They take your money, ignore you and constantly lie to you when they can be bothered to reply to numerous communications. I wish I had read all the negative comments on here before ordering from them. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional and deceitful company. It’s about time the medical council shut these con merchants down. I’m lucky I paid through PayPal opening a dispute - unlike some that have problems trying to claim through their Banks. Please be warned, don’t go near them. And also the only normal comments they receive on here, are almost certainly paid for fakes! Absolutely, don’t get mugged like I have been. I haven’t just been let down, I’ve amongst others have pretty much been scammed.

Fast and prompt

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed order 11 days ago. Been chasing to only get one email last Thursday stating it’s getting ready to be dispatched. Pen still hasn’t been dispatched it’s still preparing my order. I have contacted them yet again with no reply. I’m taking it further now ombudsman and to my bank. Requested a full refund. Would not recommend this company.

Took my money and cancelled my order randomly with no refund. Now ignoring all my message. This is over 3 weeks now I have emailed them all day every day and just have nothing back. Please avoid they are scammers!!!

My experience with Dr. Frank was very positive. From the first consultation, I found him to be professional, genuine, and honest. He is not one of those surgeons who is simply focused on business, he gives sincere, trustworthy advice and realistic expectations.

After my consultation, I truly felt I was in safe hands and knew he was the right surgeon for me.

He also performed earlobe surgery for me, and I am extremely impressed with the results. I can’t even see a scar!

Great doctor and great results! I highly recommend him.

I can’t rate Dr Franks highly enough .
Quick at reviewing prescriptions and getting back to you quickly and sending product out .
Not like other companies I’ve used in the past .

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Placed an order, they processed my payment same day and almost 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. First time I emailed asking where it was they sent a tracking number which still says not received by Royal Mail. They're now ignoring all contact from me. Currently waiting for enough days to pass then bank will refund me under the chargeback procedure. Shocking service, needless to say I won't be a repeat customer.

Be careful, they don't deliver, they use automatic subscription and you lose money. Bunch of crooks.

I have emailed 8 times and been chasing my prescription and they do not respond! The phone lines dont appear to work as I have been unable for the last 2 weeks to get through. They have taken my money but wont pay me back or respond. Can anyone help?

To give a balanced opinion, they were great on a couple of orders of Mounjaro, the last one awful. No delivery updates at all or responses to emails, so raised a dispute via Paypal. Someone emailed me to say they couldn't refund when a dispute is active, which to be fair is the case, so I closed to enable the refund to be issued, a week later nothing and once you close the Paypal dispute they don't care! My advice is use another online pharmacy as this lot seem to be questionable at best. £234 out of pocket!
Order ID #102347 if someone reads from Howell Medical Group reads and sorts I will consider amending this review, but you are so badly reviewed by so many people, probably won't make a lot of difference.
