Was told the slanted verticals lines, the uncentered buttons and missing horizontal lines were because the sofa is "custom". (I have the pictures) Never agreed that anything was wrong. In their defense, they did have a upholstery store come pick up the sofa and try to repair it. And then asked me to front for the repairs! It does look better but the cushions are pilling and seams that were repaired are coming apart and there are new ones. There has been NO response from DS as I sent in an email to discuss this 2 weeks ago. Cricket's is all I hear.

Update 7/12/23: Received beautiful new cushion covers from DS. Karla was very interested in making us happy and did an excellent job, getting the covers made quickly and with even better lining than the first covers. We are satisfied.

THE BEST sofa company!! Top-rate customer service and sofa quality. Was in a bind and needed a sofa quickly. Dreamsofa did so much extra to meet my timeline. Ryan from Customer Service got on a call with me to select the best quick-turn sofas, FedExed fabric samples to me twice, and even allowed me to change my fabric. He was FANTASTIC!! I would absolutely order another couch from them!

I purchased nearly $20,000 worth of couches from Dream Sofa less than 8 months ago. Since then, every single one of the pull-out metal bed supports have snapped. When I contacted the company about this issue (which is clearly a manufacturing problem), they replied saying that it is my fault - someone "must have sat on the end of the bed". While this response sounds like a joke - it really isn't. Someone sat on the bed? Of course that has happened. How else do you get on the bed? Run and dive right into the middle and have your head land squarely on the pillow? Then, when you get up, roll over the arms of the couch on to the floor? Anyway - they offered no reimbursement help in fixing the issue (keep in mind, this has happened with 100% of the couches) and wanted to charge nearly $1,000 (metal support + shipping) for each couch to fix, not counting the labor that would be needed once received. While the couches are absolutely beautiful, I'm unable to give a higher review after these few months of use and seeing how horrific the quality of the build actually is.

I worked with Karla on the ordering of my sofa and she was always quick with her responses! A zipper on my cushion cover broke and she was extremely fast in getting back to me and sending me a new cover within just a few days! Very thankful for good customer service. AND we love our sofa.

Another 5 star review. I worked with Marissa and Josh. I cannot thank them enough for not giving up on me! I ordered over 100 swatches and they were able to order me something outside of their normal collection. I am so happy. Great quality all around, and they were always very responsive. This is a wonderful company!

The sofa and chair are beautiful. I had a problem with the back pillows being too thick so it took up too much of the seating. Karla was a star
She arranged every step of the way to get me new thinner pillows and in short while the problem was fixed. she took care of every problem with courtesy and good humor.

After the whole Interior Define debacle that I went through, I was hesitant to order custom sofas sight-unseen from the internet again. And with the quick turnaround time promised, DreamSofa seemed to be too good to be true. After sifting through reviews online, I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the sofas at the end of February and they were delivered on time in April. The quality is fantastic and I'm very happy with the sofas.

There was an issue with one of the screw-on legs, but customer support was quick and responsive and resolved the issue quickly. I had also contacted support prior to ordering for more information and they were quick and friendly then as well. Thanks!

Dreamsofa was a delight to work with. From answering my questions, to updating me on my order, to fulfilling my order, I was pleased. It took less than 6 weeks to get my gorgeous, custom sofa. Great quality and style. I ordered the Cannes with Peacock velvet fabric.

I recently purchased a sofa from Dream Sofa….it’s not only gorgeous, it’s comfortable and the perfect size for my home.
3 friends has asked where I got my sofa. They will be coming to Dream Sofa soon!
I’ve posted pictures on my Facebook!

Holy sofa-nanza, Batman! If I could give Dreamsofa.com a million stars, I would! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

So, let me tell you about my experience with the legendary Chester sofa. When I clicked "order" on their website, I had no idea I was embarking on a magical journey to furniture nirvana.

First off, the customization options were more diverse than a pack of Skittles, and you know how I feel about Skittles - taste the rainbow! 🌈 I felt like a kid in a candy store, or better yet, an interior designer on a caffeine high. The fabrics, the colors, the patterns! Oh my! 😍

When the delivery truck arrived, I swear I heard a choir of angels singing (or maybe it was just the delivery guy humming). As they brought in my Chester Sofa, I was amazed by the sheer beauty of it. It was like my dreams had leaped off the screen and into my living room.

Now, let's talk comfort. If clouds were sofas, they'd be the Chester! ☁️ I took a seat and suddenly found myself floating on a marshmallow-y cloud of pure bliss. No joke, my cat Misty and I have been playing musical chairs on this bad boy ever since it arrived. 🐱

The craftsmanship? Top-notch! I've sat, jumped, and even practiced my amateur gymnastics routine on this beauty (don't worry, I'm not that heavy) and it's still standing strong. The seams are stitched tighter than my favorite pair of skinny jeans, and the fabric is smoother than a baby seal. 🌊

And can we talk about the customer service? Dreamsofa.com's team was more helpful than a superhero team-up, and let me tell you, I was NOT an easy customer! They answered my million questions, guided me through the process, and were sweeter than a caramel macchiato. ☕

In conclusion, if you're on the fence about ordering from Dreamsofa.com, I say, "Dive in, the upholstery is fine!" They turned my living room into a wonderland of comfort, style, and joy. If sofas could make you laugh, the Chester would be a stand-up comedian! 🎙️😂

Thank you, Dreamsofa.com! You've made this sofa-lover's wildest dreams come true. 💖

P.S. Misty sends her purr-fect regards too! 🐾

We bought two sofas from Dreamsofa.com and we are absolutely 100% satisfied.
Unfortunately second sofa got scratched during delivery ( which can happened) but Karla from DreamSofa.com was extremely helpful and professional with the repairing process.
During unwrapping process the arm rest got scratched so we had to exchange the piece of the fabric.
Karla found us a company which came and picked up the piece of our new sectional from our house and did the repairing process in a professional warehouse. After fixing it they brought back the piece in perfect condition and of course the scratch was gone.
Dreamsofa.com covered the repairing cost.
Karla arrange everything. The whole process was very professional,
understanding, helpful, polite and super nice !!!
Dreamsofa.com is not only making great furniture but also the company is made by great people who really care about their customers!!!
It was a great choice to buy two couches from them!
I can recommend Dreamsofa😊
Once again Thank You so much for everything Karla !
We really appreciated everything what you have done for us.

We loved it and our sofas are outstanding. Ryan was a superb professional in every way. Would do it again. Thanks DreamSofa.

Great selection and ability to customize our sofa. Excellent customer service. Most importantly, the quality and workmanship are excellent.

I have ordered so many sofas and I am never satisfied....not this time. I love it! It is soft and firm at the same time. I am so Happy!!!!

I absolutely love my new sofa! The color choices are beautiful. I had a difficult time picking out the color I wanted. I love the fact it's made to order. The quality is second to none. I love you can pick the level of firmness for your cushions. It is the most comfortable sofa I have ever have. I will buy from them again!

We needed a quality, stylish sofa sleeper, and after looking everywhere, I chose Dream Sofa because their wide array of custom options (styles and fabrics), the fact that their product is made in Los Angeles, and they were able to deliver in a timely manner. It was a pleasure interacting with their customer service representatives who were both helpful, friendly, and thorough. I received beautiful fabric samples very quickly and was able to place my order for the style I wanted even before I was able to make up my mind about the fabric. This ensured that the sofa would begin construction. Customer service made their best efforts to ensure that I would receive my sofa by the date I needed, and they were able to deliver on time as they hoped. When there was a small issue with my order request, they moved very quickly to accommodate me, were very professional, and they made sure I was a satisfied client. The sofa delivery was seamless, and the sofa itself is BEAUTIFUL, well-made, not to mention very comfortable! My father who was visiting for Thanksgiving and staying with me slept on it and never complained once. He said he slept very comfortably. I am so pleased with Dream Sofa, and I highly recommend them and would definitely purchase from them again in the future!

Great product, great status, great tracking, great delivery. It was a pleasure from ordering through delivery. Very happy with the sofa, and well worth the money.

I received my new sofas and they are absolutely beautiful. They are well built and so comfortable. Marissa was fantastic in helping me with my selection and very reassuring as I was somewhat afraid about ordering without actually seeing what I was getting. When I woke up in a sweat after placing my order she quickly made my changes without any questions. I would highly recommend this company. So many options-it makes getting the sofa you are dreaming of a breeze!

First of all the sofa DreamSofa made for me is RIDICULOUSLY beautiful! When it arrived, I was blown away: incredible craftsmanship, design, scale(!!!) (it's definitely the showpiece in my house), and the fabric is amazing. Working with the team was incredibly rewarding, they really care about their product (as the end result shows), but they also care to satisfy the customer, listen to what you want, and then deliver 110%. I can't thank them enough, and if you're looking for a new sofa, trust DreamSofa to create one for you, I'm so happy I did.

It has been roughly a year since my GORGEOUS Windsor sofa was delivered (on 15 Nov 21), and I still LOVE it, as do those who sit on it. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the color and fabric are lush, and many thanks to Kiara for facilitating a rather smooth process from ordering to delivery! I am now in the process of ordering five-inch high legs (what a delight to learn that DreamSofa can custom-make ones for long-legged folk!), and expect nothing less than another excellent experience from DreamSofa! Many thanks to Marissa for spearheading my Windsor legs order!
