Today I had delivery by Shiva
Today I had delivery by Shiva . He was very polite and caring . Shiva called me day before to announce delivery and on the day which is today he gave me call 15minutes before arriving to make sure I’m at home . He delivered my son’s new bed with care . All boxes are all in perfect condition and handled with care . Thank you Shiva for excellent delivery experience . Worth to mention I ordered the new bed on Saturday and today is Monday and it’s already at home . As for bed quality I will update this review once I will build it :) UPDATE - bed it’s built and I’m very impressed ! It’s very sturdy and solid bed ! My son broke his last bed and I can see this one will last. It wasn’t too hard to build and price was unbeatable too. Than you

I had a really positive experience with the delivery service. Lukas was absolutely brilliant — very punctual, friendly, polite and extremely helpful. He was also kind enough to help me carry the heavy boxes upstairs, which I really appreciated as my husband was at work🙏🏻
The delivery was quick, smooth and professional, and Lukas was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Excellent service and a lovely guy — definitely deserves the recognition 🤗
I haven’t assembled the beds yet, so I’ll be happy to leave a separate review about the furniture itself once they are assembled.
Thank you, Lukas

When I found this beautiful wardrobe…
When I found this beautiful wardrobe online I was super excited. From the moment I placed the order the service was excellent.
I received order confirmation and delivery tracking detail very quickly.
The day before delivery ( which was only two days later), i received a detailed text from our driver Lukas. He provided the tracking details and relevant details for the delivery.
The next day I tracked the order which was live tracking and I could see Lukas was only two stops away.
When he arrived I was waiting at the door. He greeted me politely and professionally, confirmed the order and quickly unloaded and placed it in my home.
Once unpacked and assembled I am even more happy with my beautiful wardrobe.
Thank you all at Dream Home Store for a great service and delivery.
