3 days trying to close my account with these and if you win anything it stays pending for a day with these options to cancel it.Definitely avoid this place and reading the reviews here probably the worst I ever seen.

Il faut savoir que lorsque l'on mise chez eux il faut jouer 5x la somme avant de faire un retrait. C'est pas normal mais c'est la règle. Je n'ai jamais joué le bonus car je ne, fait pas confiance.

Après je ne joue plus chez car payer 8% pour un retrait c'est de l arnaque.

En plus il font beaucoup d'erreur et n'assume pas.

Mais par contre ils m'ont toujours payé

SCAM GAMBLING SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Im a sports gambler , don't touch the casino site so it's just the sports booki used. Iv been on every site there is out there and DREAMBET is by far the biggest fraud site iv ever come across. They will not pay out on winnings but let you deposit indefinitely. I was betting away for a while, depositing away, no luck, winning nothing, no problems. But one weekend I got a bit of luck. Got my real time money up to 2k. No bonus money bets. Went to withdraw and no chance. They wouldn't verify my account. I sent them everything I had, picture of bank card, account statements, driver licence the whole lot. Nope, they made every excuse not to pay me out. This went on for weeks and as I am a "gambler" i gambled it away as i knew it was monopoly money now as they had no intentions of paying me a penny. On numerous occasions in live chat I asked for them to close my account immediately and they wouldn't. There is NO option for setting gambling safety tools. How is that OK for a gambling site not to have easy access for customers to set deposit limits or self exclude? Anyways that's my experience with this scam site. Don't use.

Yeah there pretty much a scam,ive seen some dodgey practices in 20 years of gambling by online bookies but these ones just blatently dont care or try to hide how corrupt they are.after depositing 100e i won a bet or 2 and went to withdraw money,they wont withdraw it and reply ouh see our t&c,why they couldnt just say themselfs i didnt understand untill i read the t&c,TO BE ELIGIBLE TO QUALIFY OR BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT YOU MUST MEET THE ROLL OVER STANDARDS WHICH IS A ROLL OVER OF 5 TIMES WHAT YOU DEPOSIT.like other companies ive seen will have a bonus box ticked in the hope you dont untick it when signing up and depositing.so wen u deposit money and win you cant withdraw money as you accepted this bonus so they tie your winnings to that.which will require a role over,very crafty indeed but this company doesnt bother trying anything like that they just say you have to roll over what you deposit 5 times to make a withdrawal,obviously dis just stacks the odds massively more in there favour but i kept betting and won my first 10 or so bets and built my 100e deposit up to 1100 nearly,they still wont let me withdraw it and are citing not meeting roll over standards,even talking to customer service and asking them right how much do you expect me more to gamble to.be able to take out my money and asking her were exactly is the bar set now as far as ive seen i met there requirements so rather than anwser me she ended the conversation,wow! Think that says it all not able to explain how i can get my money she probly was told just end the conversation,THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY YOU OUT MONEY! and i mean really dont.there new and i think its a quick cash grab and bail out after they get shut down,simple as,no bookies on earth is this corrupted.sites with exact same layout and web page design id be weary off too,this bookies is simple set up to get a year or two out of robbing people till everyone cops what there at and then there going to bail.so be warned! I will.endeavour and seek legal advice and approach regulatory bodies and that,them being regulated by curacao gaming control board favors them id say when comes to protecting there dodgey practices.

So, I had a withdrawal for €5k pending for almost a week after providing all relevant information, statements and documents. They delayed and delayed paying out. There didn't seem to be any problems with depositing but withdrawing was a complete different ball game. Anyway, I decided to deposit €75 and I received a 30% bonus of €22.50. I lost this €75 and €22.50 bonus in a game of lightning roulette. I went out and cancelled my €5k pending cash withdrawal and went in to a new session of lightning roulette and won an extra €5k with this cash balance. When I attempted to withdraw I was told that I needed to wager more money because my €5k CASH Withdrawal was tied to an active campaign due to the €22.50 bonus that I received. SO I went from having a €5k cash pending withdrawal and winning a further €5k cash, which is shown in all my betting history, to having this €10k transferred to casino bonus and then being told that it was not withdrawable as it was tied to an active campaign and essentially lost. Now, if I had won this money with the €22.50 bonus then I would understand but this was a complete separate transaction and this was cash and not a casino bonus. As soon as I cancelled that withdrawal and started betting with it then that €5k could only be lost as it was not possible to win money with it. It is designed to take advantage of customers. I asked numerous times to speak to senior management or someone that could justify taking a €5k cash balance that was won prior to any bonus being given or lost but i was told my case would be reviewed by customer service team etc. All BS. They send a standard message that is clearly a default message saying your case has been reviewed and my funds were tied to an active campaign so it was lost. Extremely infuriating because you cant talk with anyone only an agent or email that replies once a week. Why would someone risk €5k for a €22.50 bonus. I had a €5k cash balance and went on to win a further €5k cash and they basically stole this, said it was in their T and Cs, which I asked for numerous times and never received because it doesn't say it anywhere. They really do take advantage of people and have no idea how much they affect people's lives like this. I've lost a lot of money in my life through gambling and it has all been my fault and nobody else's but this is the one time that I've been completely taken advantage of. They tried to even make themselves out to be generous and give me a goodwill gesture of a €300 bonus. Haha that's a good one after taking 10K. How a betting site can justify taking this after winning is beyond me. It really is and has massively affected my mental health. I'll be going to the media about it. Bonuses are supposed to benefit customers, not have loopholes that customers have not even agreed to or been notified about

what a shit and a con of a site won a bet placed 22 euroes won 270 euroes and they actually will not pay every other site betfred boylesport or paddy power no problem but there site but this site is a money racket con site do not approach at all i have never come across a site like this one ever and i have been betting for 20 years straight i have to complain to someone because a site like this has to be brought to justice

STAY AWAY TOTAL SCAM
Signed up to a bonus once I met bonus requirement I had to roll over that amount 16 times to withdraw any winnings which I spent the week trying to do just that and when completed and went to withdraw winnings they state there was manipulation and did not pay out .it took me a week of betting to be able to cash out only for them not to pay out ,will be reporting them to commission and hope to see this bogus site taken down one star is generous will see what reason they give me for not paying out but strongly advise spend your money on a different casino .SCAM

Scam stay away from the site. Will take your bets but won’t pay out . When you contact them you’ll just get a run around and no returns . Stay away from this site !!!!

Biggest scam of a company you'll ever come across. Won a bet for 150 and right before they credited the winnings an option of taking part in a penalty shootout to double my winnings appeared. I never clicked yes on the option but it automatically brought me into the game. I had to participate since there wasn't an option available to get out of the game. Of course the penalty was saved since it's a total scam....all my winnings were then forfeited. I will publish nothing but negative comments about this company until my money is returned. I will also contact every gambling commission made available as this company shouldn't have a license to operate. Please do not go near this company unless you want to hand over money without ever getting a fair chance at winning anything.

Total scam - was sucked in with their welcome bonus, it is just a racket, real winnings are credited as virtual, so you named to winn16 beta of your own real cash to be able to withdraw, all at odds greater than even! Then when you complain they refuse to give regulatory information and you ask to close account, they charge you8% to cash out your own deposit. So in for €200, up €600 on real winnings but given their policies, out for € €184, great racket for them, win bets and don’t pay and then charge you to get your stake back, total scam! Avoid!

Run away from this company, to deposit is instant and stop losing the money even more. But when you have some money and want to withdraw it, they wind you up, just need to ask for mom and father's data and don't release the money

Opened my acc without checking reviews here first. After I submitted my first withdrawal was a bit nervous and it was rejected due rollover. Contacted the support and finished it within a day.

After that waited 4-5 days to be approved, probably due xmas time and less staff working but whole process could be faster if they ask for acc verification once you open the acc.

Instead you email their KYC team with docs needed (selfie with DL, pic of the CC used for deposit etc).

2nd withdrawal was subject of 8% fee due being 2nd one within 30 days, was not happy about it but should have read TOS I guess which no one does so prompt when depositing funds about rollover and fee would be nice.

Funds were in my bank acc within 24h after being approved and processed by dreambet but whole experience would be much better if KYC process is done in a different way.

Room for improvement for sure..

Trying to close my acc for a week now..they only trying to keep you on, offering shit bonuses but ignoring emails.

Shocking they won't be in business much longer watch this space they don't know who there after messing with you will see them ripped apart and out off business very soon

Avoid this company at all costs !! Please do not sign up with this company they are nothing short of thieves.. I started with them 9 days ago and I won 1700€ off a 100€ bet luckily this was on the first bet I ever placed with them because my withdrawal was rejected as they make you rollover your deposit 5x so if you had a bad loosing streak to begin it would cost you hundreds maybe thousands of betting to be able to take out your winnings .. anyways I rectified this and cleared the rollover requirement and I withdrew 1,995€ and I am still waiting on them to approve this which is now 5 nearly 6 days later .. the customer service is the worst I have ever seen and that is with no exaggeration, they do not help one bit on live chat it’s merely there to act like there doing something .. the support email replied to me 2 times in 6 days and I’ve sent in relevant verification info multiple times but they still won’t approve my withdraw. They are now not allowing me to withdraw as I can’t send them a picture front and back of my card even though I used a Revolut virtual one time payment card designed by Revolut for online transactions to prevent card details being compromised but the support email won’t listen .. I have send them selfies on request pictures front and back of my drivers license, bank statements etc to prove it’s my account but there not listening .. I will be contacting the gaming authority next in which they are governed in attempt to get what’s rightfully mine. Please please please read this review before signing up as I wish I did after I came here to see the reviews when I started experiencing difficulties with this site

Dreambet are a completely fg dodgy company and I can’t be clearer than that. There is NO option to close your account and they ignore all requests to do so. If this is you make sure you instruct your bank to refuse any requests from these for payment. You have been warned!!!
