Thank you so much for setting up this alert system if Customers receive their packages! I recently had a package stolen by USPS from another company I ordered from. So this is a great idea set in place by Dr Clark store! Thank you for having wonderful clean products!!

Had been buying products from them several times, delivered to Australia with no problem,
products really good but customer service ZERO. My last order did not come through to Australia as the company did not provide a ' manufactures declaration ' as per FedEx request over several weeks, I had also paid my taxes to FedEx, finally as Dr Clark Store did not respond to emails, phone calls, FedEx sent my entire order back, being several hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I asked for a full refund , including postage which was hundreds of dollars, as there was no fault of mine, but they never ever responded , after 3 months plus they refunded partially, never got postage refund, no sorry, no email , nothing.This is unfortunate as products where very good and they know this but absolutely no communication or customer service. Stay away from this company!

I purchased a zapper and spent several hundred dollars on this item. One of the coiled cords was defective. I mailed it to them, and requested that it be repaired. I was told that the item needed to "returned to them prior to 30 days" and that it was too late. The date the shipped the item to me was October 26. The date the cord was delivered (I have proof of this), was November 21. They are now saying that because they "weren't notified of the return prior to 30 days", I will not be getting a replacement cord. How much notice do they need? I sent them copies of the shipping info and the delivery notice. Clearly, it was returned prior to the 30 days. These people are dishonest and their customer service is horrible. You would think after such an expensive purchase that:
1. the quality would be better
2. they would deal honestly with their customers and honor the repair/replacement request.
Don't do business with these people.

Company ripped me off with recurring payments and partial refund of a device that did not work, this company is a scam, extremely expensive products. Shame on them!!

Buyer beware! I bought a zapper and returned it with their approval and they are not refunding my money. Very bad customer service and unethical practices.

Very bad customer service personnel.
I have purchased from them several times in the past year. The products are good but don't expect good customer service. Do not expect them to answer your emails. They may or may not answer. And if they answer, they may ignore the questions asked. Very annoying. In short, incompetence to undestand the custemer and give service . Bad customer service. Also in my last order from them they canceled it for unclear reasons and refused to send the products, even though the order was legitimate and I paid for it in full. Strange behavior of their customer service. I will now buy in another store. Until now I have referred clients to them, of course I will not refer to them again. They are unpredictable.
