Avoid at all costs
Bought a laptop battery on Amazon, it had a life of around 15mins so obviously faulty, Dr Battery did not reply to any of my attempts to contact and discuss further, they chose instead to keep my £50, which I would call theft.

Battery failed after 11 months, tried several times to contact them via website but no response.
Avoid. When the battery was faulty no replies whatsoever from the seller. They claim to offer 1 year warranty, good luck getting a response. 3x the price of the same battery from other sellers, worse quality, and zero support.
I ordered the laptop battery from Amazon. The battery was leaking. If the battery is at 100% and you switch the laptop off and put it in its bag, a couple of hours later the battery will be at 0% percent. What use is a battery that dies without even using it?
When the battery is at 100% it offers 1 hour. This is without running anything on the laptop. Never actually tested that since every time I turned the laptop on the battery was already dead.
I ordered a battery for my Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon from Amazon. It never managed to last more that 1.5 hours. I emailed the UK branch joke of a company three times and never once had a reply. After just 18 charge cycles the battery was showing as poor health with an original capacity of 48.64Wh. After those 18 charges the max it would reach was 18.87Wh. I contacted Amazon and asked if they could step in and get DrBattery to answer my emails. Amazon said to return the battery to them and I could have a full refund. Well done Amazon, shame on you DrBattery.
Non-responsive
I purchased a battery for an ASUS through Amazon in August 2024. By January 2025 it shows a charge present but will not power the computer. There is no phone number listed for help, they ignore e-mail messages or requests for RMA returns. The phone number listed on the BBB site is disconnected.
Amazon agreed to accept a return minus a $7.50 restocking fee even though it was beyond 30 days.
DR Battery UK are a shocking company to deal with, I would give no stars if possible. Their so called warranty is worthless.

My experience of this battery after less than one year isn't great. Initially, it held charge and provided power for perhaps 2 hours use.
Not even a year on, it's practically un usable, perhaps 10 minutes from 100 per cent charge until it's dead. I've put the old Dell battery back, it's a bit tiered now but works OK.
I have contact the seller, they offer a one year warranty. But their returns policy is as follows, you must have the original receipt, which I have.
Request an RMA this lasts for 7 days only, if granted. Postage deducted from any refund and a 15% re stocking fee. The faulty item will be tested, I assume, to check the validity of any refund request. Why would anyone send back a perfect battery?
After contacting DR Battery UK over 72 hours ago via the returns and warranty process to no avail. Don't waste your time and money with this company
Truly awful company to deal with.
Bad product and even worse customer service.
I purchased a laptop battery from Dr. Battery via Amazon in January, less that 2 months later it would only charge to 64%. I contacted them and they stated I had to request a refund through Amazon. Unfortunately, the Amazon window of returns is 30 days.
So I got back in touch with Dr. Battery to initiate a change over of product using the 12 month warranty. There was no response, I contacted them several times, each time they do not respond.
This is terrible service, the product is sub-standard and their customer service comes in lower than this.
Be warned, stay away.
