Later, I realised that my revalidation due date was actually two months later, which was entirely my mistake. As soon as I informed him, without me even asking, he immediately offered to refund the difference and advised me to rebook under the Standard pathway whenever I am ready.

I was very impressed by his honesty, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients.
