Great service. Very quick on the phone and booking. Efficient with survey. Report was out very quickly and very detailed. It was great that report included costs for Drainsmart to resolve the identified improvements. Also great that survey fee can be waived if we do engage in DS to complete the recommended works. I called Drainsmart out as I needed a survey to check the condition of my drainage and I cannot fault the service they provided. The office staff were very helpful on the phones and the attending engineers carried out the survey with no issues. I was sent the report the next day and I needed some clarification on some of the terms so I called up and they really went the extra mile to help me understand. I would recommend Drainsmart to anyone who needed any drainage works carried out.

I commissioned a CCTV drain survey, but Drainsmart were unable to complete it because of a blockage/root penetration. We were charged £120 for the aborted visit, which we had been warned could happen. They also said they would need to come back another time to clear the blockage, and quoted an hourly rate for doing so. Before proceeding, I wanted to get a rough idea of how long it would likely take to clear the issue - the drain served a house I was intending to purchase, and I did not want to pay for hours and hours of work to clear somebody else's drain!

My email query received no response, nor did a follow-up email or 4 phone calls over the next week. Not helped by the fact that I think they outsource their phone answering, so you get a different person each time who can do nothing more than say they will get the relevant person to call you back (which never happened).

In the end I lost patience as the issue was holding up the house purchase. I called Dyno-Rod, who were able to attend the very next day, and who cleared the blockage and did the CCTV survey all in about 2 hours. Dyno-Rod's engineer even commented "I don't know why the other guys didn't just clear this, it wasn't difficult!"

I use Drainsmart for most of our companies drainage survey needs, they are always quick to respond, good value and have given very good customer service.

I was very impressed with the professional installation of a new drainage tank and pump installed by Drainsmart. They came up with a very competitive quote and did an excellent job. I will happily use them again if I encounter any other drainage issues.

I had a survey carried out by a different company but was not happy with the service received to instruct the repairs so a friend of mine recommended Drainsmart who she had used for a couple of properties before and stuck with them. I am glad I contacted them because not only were they much better to deal with, they were a lot cheaper as well. The engineers who came out to me were very friendly and professional who took the time to answer my queries and explain what they were doing in language I could understand because it all seemed very technical and from a sci-fi film as they had all kind of robotics down the drain to avoid digging up. Would not hesitate to recommend any services Drainsmart offer and I will only be using them going forward.

Fast, efficient service for a reasonable price. Would use again.
