Drain Doctor - York Anmeldelser

fast and efficient service, as always.

It was a none urgent job but offered later that day service. Opted for next morning. Phone call with half hour warning of arrival. A few minutes late but no problem. Operatives knew what they were doing and 50 minutes later they were going. Problems sorted. Very pleased.

I had a call-back to arrange a visit within minutes & an appointment within 48 hours for a non-urgent call out. The engineer (Lee Horner) was excellent - punctual, polite and, importantly, extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and ensured I had a quote for remedial work that arrived promptly. Altogether a very professional service. I can strongly recommend.

Great communication, polite and explained the drain issue in detail. Would highly recommend the service.

Spent time doing a thorough job, very pleased with results

Great guy did a great job! Less than an hour to fix a problem we had multiple plumbers out to fix …

Very good. Professional and clear explained the issue and offered a repair to resolve it.
All work was done quickly and efficiently.
Thank you.

The company, Drain Doctor, had previously correctly diagnosed the problem. A representative of the company arrived promptly on the agreed day and carried out the required work competently. He answered all of my questions about the work, and was very polite.

From initial contact with Helen in the office, to job completion we cannot fault the professional, friendly service we received from Drain Doctor. Very fast turn around, thank you 🙏.

Chris was professional throughout and I’d definitely recommend their services.

Excellent
Thank you

Quick response to initial call out and remedial works carried out efficiently, with minimal disruption and a good price.

Responded quickly to get an appointment booked, called with an eta before arriving and was on time. Engineer Chris sorted the issue quickly and was great, would highly recommend and will be first choice to call if I have similar issues in future

Efficient and friendly service.

We were impressed by the professional attitude from Neil and the way which Lee dealt with the problem - quickly and efficiently. It was a relief to find good people to help us and to get it done. Thankyou both. We would use you again
