Drain Doctor - Nottingham Anmeldelser

Recently had Matt out to clear blocked drain (and remove lodged rod!) It transpired that further work was required so Ross came out this morning to patch the cracked and displaced drain. Really pleased with the super quick and thorough service and the friendliness of both. Hopefully I shan't have any further issues but would definitely use again.

Had a drain doctor technician arrive today for some works to be carried out. He was prompt, friendly and professional throughout the job. Explained what the works were and answered the few questions I had.
Very happy with the outcome and the service.

Very punctual and professional. Cleared my drain problem in a matter of minutes. Cleaned up afterwards but left a wiffy smell from the drain with me. I would certainly use them again but hopefully I'll not be wanting to.

Contacted on 17/7/24 rang back within 5 mins offered to do same day couldn't owing to work. Booked for next day given time between 9-11 driver rang to say he was 30 mins away cleared blockage and ensured drain was running properly before he left

Excellent service. Came out to me as an emergency for my blocked toilet within a couple of hours. Matt called me on route & also when he arrived at my property. Would highly recommend 👌

Had a blocked drain that ended up being a broken drain, helped come up with a plan B as the drain wasn’t really needed, no extra cost

Prompt. Pleasant and informative. Everything that I could have asked for.

Awesome booked in, emails sent, quick appointment, cleared quickly, definitely use again!

Impressed with how quickly we had a response. Chap that came out was very pleasant. Waiting to see if job was successful but signs are good.

Sympathetic & helpful service started with a no-charge site investigation. The cure for the problem was clearly explained after about an hour's work.
A quotation was quickly received by email.
The works were immediately scheduled within 3 days to fit my diary. All ground work was completed in less than 3 hrs. The site was left in the condition in which it was found; lawn turf replaced.
A very satisfactory task was completed with no fuss at a competitive price.
Highly commended. Highly recommended.

The lads came today arrived on the time they said did a fantastic job putting in a new drain, the old one had collapsed I would without Hesitation recommend Drain doctor to anyone who has problems with drainage or plumbing no hard selling keep you informed all the time thanks for sorting me out will not hesitate to use you again should the need arise

When there is an issue with your drains you want a quick, professional and reliable service. We certainly got that with Drain Doctor from the first phone call to Daniel coming out to fix the problem. Super impressed and would/will recommend to family and friends.

Fast and efficient service.
Complete toilet replacement, all done in a couple of hours.
The employees I met (for the quote and the replacement) were both pleasant and polite. Everything clean and tidy afterwards. I recommend Drain Doctor and would be happy to use them again. Very happy customer.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Great communication and really helpful operative.

I put too much down the waste disposal and blocked the kitchen sink. 5 bottles of Mr Muscle couldn’t shift it, so I called Drain Doctor. Jason arrived promptly, was very efficient, polite and most of all, effective. The sink is now running properly and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Arrived on time, swift action, pleasant engineer all sorted

They came to unblock our drain gulley (the outside drain that the kitchen sink and washing machine drain into).
The engineer came within 90 minutes of my initial phone call and had unblocked the drain within another 30 minutes. The guy (sorry didn't catch your name) was really polite and kept me informed of what was happening. Would highly recommend!

Everyone I spoke to either on the phone or in person was incredibly helpful, and everything was straightforward and efficient. The phone line is open on weekends and evenings as well which is very useful, and the survey carried out was scheduled quickly, and was really helpful and reassuring.

The staff handled my initial call politely and efficiently (Maida), kept me in the loop, updating me about arrival time and the work involved (Matt).
Very pleased

The Mansfield franchise were absolutely brilliant. They had a horrible job to deal with and they did it expertly and nothing was too much trouble. Nice people too. Highly recommended.
