Called Drain Doctor when my mums downpipe and waste pipes became blocked after the heavy rain filling up her sink and bath with mucky water and flooding the kitchen floor. The guys came out next morning, cleared pipes and gave some good advice to prevent this happening again. They were friendly and helpful and gave a discount as my mum is a pensioner! I would highly recommend Drain Doctor Fife .

Jordan and Lee went above and beyond to fix all the drains under my house. They were very considerate and made as little mess as possible. I couldn’t have asked for them to do anymore than they did.

Reported my blocked toilet on Saturday morning. Team arrived at 12 noon as promised and quickly fixed problem with high pressure jet hoses. They were courteous, efficient and cleaned up well afterwards. Highly recommend them and would certainly use them again for any drain problems.

Our kitchen sink had became blocked over the weekend, and despite trying plungers, chemicals and checking all available piping, it became clear that the blockage was deeper down the drain.

We rang Drain Doctor before 9am on the Monday and they promised to come out before 11:30; in the event, the team arrived at 11am. After trying several ways to unblock this badly blocked drain they were eventually successful.

Throughout this work they were highly professional, mopping up the inevitable water spills immediately, and tackling the problem in a methodical way which gave us confidence that although it took them some time to fix the problem we knew they would do it.

I highly recommend Drain Doctor and would use them again without question.

Said cleared drain, 2 days later same problem. Called back at later date to try to fix and said didn’t know how to clear.
Then made threats regarding payment when a little overdue for a job they did not do!

Excellent service provided yesterday by Drain Doctor following two previous companies failing to identify the problem correctly. The two men who attended my blocked toilet were professional, courteous and took care to carefully diagnose the problem and then proceeded to clear it. Jordan (I think that was his name) explained the procedure well and was clearly knowledgeable and experienced in what he was doing. He is a credit to the company in both his expertise and his professionalism. I would highly recommend this company and only wish I had gone directly to them instead of wasting money on two previous companies.

My elderly mother had problems with her sink drain.
The Drain Doctor - Fife came and did a fantastic job. They spent a considerable time sourcing the problem. They discovered that it wasn't her drain that was the problem but a blockage outside the property boundary, from other houses in the street. They then phoned Scottish Water to arrange for them to come and sort the problem. I am very grateful for the time and effort they spent helping my mum to get her sink drain sorted. I would highly recommend the team.

The team of 2 arrived as promised and were very thorough in their investigations. They had our problem sorted within about 15 minutes and gave helpful advice on some possible remedial work we could do to avoid the problem occurring again.
