Drain Doctor - Derby Anmeldelser

Can’t thank the engineer Paul enough, sorted the problem with no hassle, had to wait for me to get home and everything was done!
Excellent service and a very friendly and sound fella.
Can’t recommend enough

Richard and paul came out today extremely friendly and very professional talked us through everything. Would highly recommend this company Thanks guys will definitely be using you again 👍

We had problems with our toilet block in the warehouse, called Drain Doctor Swadlincote and was greeted by Karla, she was very professional and had a team out to us within an hour. The guys turned up, did a swift investigation, located the problem and got a quote over to us. Paul and Wayne came back the following day, sorted the problem with little disruption to our warehouse. I couldn't recommend this company more and Paul and Wayne are a credit to you guys, friendly and professional.

I phoned Drain Doctor this morning as I had a blocked outside drain. Within three hours Jordan appeared, unblocked the drain and gave excellent advice. Really impressed with the company and its employees. Many thanks Drain Doctor

Really helpful. Drain Doctor offered to send somebody over the same day. When Paul arrived he was really helpful and persisted until he found, and help identify the problem. Thank-you!

Richard arrived at the agreed time, surveyed the job and decided on the best plan to proceed with.
This was done with myself in attendance, all aspects of the job were fully explained to me along with a course of action to eliminate any further issues.

Great from start to finish. They kept us fully informed of how the work was progressing. Kept us fully informed of any potential changes to work specifications.

Excellent Service Today

job carried out efficiently and all aspects explained
no mess left at all

Excellent service. Communication was great along the whole process of resolving the issue.
Would recommend without hesitation.

Communication was excellent and efficient throughout. Paul arrived on time as pre agreed. He was polite, professional and clearly had plenty of knowledge to deal with our drainage problem. Super helpful, explained everything needed each step of the way. No call out fee was a big plus.

Reliable and efficient company. Quick to react.
From my first contact with them I felt reassured.
Great job, tidy when working and respectful of my property.
Thanks .

Very good at his job. Good bloke.

Wayne did the job.
Helpful and informative.
No mess.
Only time will tell how effective the work will prove to be - but I’m sure all is OK.

brilliant. bish, bash, bosh. straight in fixed the problem immediately without any fuss and offered advice for any future problems. lovely man to boot 10/10

They came out and spend 25 minutes at my house then said the drain wasn’t blocked but it obviously is, he said he would charge me £300 to investigate further, and charged me £75 for the pleasure of coming out and not doing a thing. Waste of time and money. He told me to buy a piece of wood to cover the drain and smell!! Unbelievable

Super efficient, came out the same day. Paul cleared 3 of my blocked drains and kindly fixed a gate which was annoying him!!!! Really great guy. Thank u Paul and Carla!!!!

Jordan was fantastic, gave me a call before arriving and left having checked all pipes and water flow.

Fantastic service. Would recommend and use in the future.

Prompt service, fantastic job done. The engineer was very knowledgeable and cleared our drains in less than half an hour - diagnosing the issue and detailing it all to me. Would definitely recommend and use again should I need too.
