Great Service
Kieran was a real professional.
Job was done in good time and to a high standard.
We would have no issue recommending this company as your main supplier for “drain works”.
Many thanks Drain Doctor

Thanks again Jessica for the service. Another big problem solved quickly and easily.
Severn Trent originally come out and said it was a big job and they could not do it.
Thanks again Charlie for sorting big problems perfectly.

The engineer Kieran was absolutely superb and sorted out my blocked toilet and immediately.
He was a perfect young gentleman and hic customer service skills are perfect.
Jessica who took my payment was a lovely professional lady with perfect customer service skills also.
Thankyou both very much.
Kind regards,
Mr Clive D. Smith Esq

The office warned me they were busy but engineer Will was with my by early afternoon. Will was very helpful in investigating and assessing the issue and blocked drain was sorted efficiently.

Brilliant service from Jess (in the office) and Ciaran McVea. On site within the hour and friendly, efficient service. Cannot recommend highly enough for any drain issues/ CCTV surveys etc. Knocks socks off the competition who let me down on the day!!

Really good. We called at 9am about our blocked drain, Jessica got me an appointment for 10:30.
Chap came (sorry didn’t catch his name), explained the process and agreed the cost (£235+vat) to jet clean all the drains.
About 90 minutes later, all done. Showed us the camera views of the drain and identified some potential longer term concerns.
Really impressed. Thanks!

From the first contact with Jessica to completion of the job which was a tough one blocked outside drains which took the lads over 3 hours we recieved fantastic service. Everything was explained thoroughly. Once job was completed they returned our garden back as it was and cleaned up after themselves. I can highly recommend this company amazing!
Many thanks

Having used Drain doctor several times I could not recommend Drain Doctor Hinckley and Coventry enough!
Amazing service from start to finish.
I received a courtesy call from Jessica to say Charlie was on his way and now we can use our bathroom again! Thank you so much!

We would like to thank Will who did a great job clearing our drains, I phoned and an appointment was made straight away he was punctual and quoted for the work before he started, tried to clear the problem by plunging the drain which would have saved me a few pounds but it wasn't successful so we committed to having the drain cleared with the pressure cleaner. Great service well done.

I have used Drain Doctor Coventry a couple of times and it's always a pleasure dealing with Jessica in the office. A recent large drain job was booked in quickly. The engineer was very professional and friendly. Job completed without any problems. I would highly recommend Drain Doctor Coventry.

Excellent service. Jessica was amazing and extremely helpful when dealing with a blockage at my elderly parents property. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Would thoroughly recommend.

A big thank you to all staff at Drain Doctor , from the first call( what a wonderful knowledgeable lady called Jessica ) everything she said she would do happened.
A call half hour before the lads arrived on Monday 4th December to advise they were on their way.
Two fabulous lads,Charlie and Will...on arrival they introduced theirselves, checked our problem out and then proceeded to explain what they would do.. They have a pad with a drop down menu with all costs... nothing hidden.
Very polite , excellent work ethics , professional, clean and very very reliable.
Keep up the good work everyone 👏

Quick call out . Efficient service for a big job.
If needed, I will use them again.

I am extremely impressed with the lady who took my call, Jessica, and the two men who attended my property. Everything happened as they said it would. They gave me an honest assessment of the problem and whilst they could not resolve it they explained what needed to be done next and why. In this day and age it was encouraging to use a firm that was honest, reliable and stuck to the time scales.

Excellent service from initial phone call to the engineers Will & Aaron turning up within an hour to sort the problem. Also good advice to prevent any ongoing problems

We needed an emergency plumber for a blocked toilet on a Sunday. I called and spoke to Jessica who was very helpful and professional.
She arranged for the team to come out to us within a few hours, as we only had one toilet in the house.
They were absolutely fantastic in diagnosing the issue and walking us through the process of what would happen.
They did a great job from start to finish with very reasonable charges too.
Drain Doctor Hinckley definitely get 5 stars from us and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Very professional with no pressure! Great communication about who, when and how and Charlie was knowledgable, very helpful and solved the problem! (Whilst advising on best practice to avoid issues in the future).

Our engineer was helpful, gave good advice and was very professional

The engineer was excellent, very polite and informative talked me through all options available to sort my problem I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of drain services.

I had just moved into a new property and found out that my drainage was not cleared out. I reached out to Drain Doctors and Tyrone was sent to assist. He clearly explained what the issue was and did all he could to rectify the issue. He cleared out as much of the blockage that was the issue and emphasised contacting the developer since the clear out should have been done by them before completion.

Thank you Tyrone and hopefully we get this sorted by the developer ASAP.
