Drain Doctor - Bradford, Halifax & Skipton Anmeldelser

Excellent call-out Nick was really helpful and had all the right equipment and advice

Great service, great engineer. Offered a number of solutions.

They were very friendly, helpful and did a great job.
They came to look at the problem, they had the parts need on the van.
Gave us a price and work completed the same afternoon.
Very happy with the whole process.
Job well done.
Happy to recommend them.

Got a plumber out in 2 hours and did the job no problems excellent service

Fabulous service & great company to work with. Drain Doctor look after our drainage PPM & plumbing issues. Highly recommended

The Lady on the phone was really helpful and made the appointment which suited me.
The man who called was very professional and did a really good job. I thought the price was very reasonable considering the work involved

Professional, hardworking and efficient - thank you Harrison for your Shipley visit

Was very informative about the whole process throughout and explained the cost before any work was done. Cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I would highly recommend this business and will use them again if needed. 5 happy stars given.

Excellent service,From speaking to a lady on the phone to having the work completed was 5 hours

What an absolute joke of a company! I used this company to replace my septic tank and thought they were ok so asked them to come out again to take a look at the pump for me, they came out had a look confirmed I needed a replacement pump and then ghosted me for two years, for me to email them repeatedly to chase a follow up for the replacement of the pump, and now two years later they are chasing me to pay an invoice relating to the job they have ghosted me about. Absolutely laughable. Still need a replacement pump.

Further update- I have tried to be in contact with my local office regarding the terrible experience but they are not replying, so thank you for your response but they are obviously actively ignoring me if you are aware of the contact!

From start to finish Drain Doctor Bradford branch have been fantastic. From the Director Ben, office staff to the Engineers.

Really easy to deal with with no problems. Reasonable pricing and the Engineer explained every step to us.

From booking and customer call back to the expert attending our property was so easy and prompt!
And the issue was sorted without issue, and our expert was just that.
Very impressed with this service and will definitely recommend and use again if needed!

Quick and easy to get in touch with. Good communication. Andy sorted the problem efficiently and cost less that expected considering it was an emergency call out on a Sunday.

Had Simon and Isaac round last couple days, they both did a fantastic job. Ten out of ten, highly recommend

Brilliant company. I phoned late morning and they came in the afternoon. Didn’t take long to find the problem and sort it out. Couldn’t be happier. The problem was explained fully to me and Ben and his colleague were very friendly and polite. Job well done.

Arrived on time. Polite and efficient cleared our drain in quick time. Great job. Would highly recommend

Overall an incredible service by Simon, Rowena and Rachel. Simon went above and beyond to do the work even when there were troublesome pipes that couldn’t be reached properly. What was supposed to be a simple fix ended up being a dig but he did the job efficiently and took it all in his stride and was flexible. Communication was excellent.
The only let down was the initial drain survey where the initial engineer didn’t manage to do a full survey due to difficulties on the day but completed a report implying there weren’t issues but there were hard to reach areas. I mentioned this to Rowena who was straight on the case and the survey was done again by Simon and he found the issues and made suggestions for corrective works.
I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the initial survey!

Very efficient and price was better than I expected.

From his initial visit to completion of the work, engineer Greg was highly professional, communicative and informative. He talked us through the process, highlighting all issues and solutions along the way. He was respectful of our property and the finished job was perfect. I would highly recommend Drain Doctor for all your drainage issues.

Very efficient and friendly. Kept us informed at every stage.
